  Awfull experience

  Awfull service at reception The bathroom is dirty Even they dont have water to drink in rooms am disapoibted tooo much t is worse then 1star hotel n Turkey to go to 4 star hotel and to get such kind of service it is really awfull hope the owner will read this notice and try to change these wrong things

  Outdated overrated 2 star hotel

  My family and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The rooms overlooking lake which was amazing. However the hotel does not deserve to be a 4 star hotel. Even not a 3 star hotel. This is totally misleading for travellers! Rooms are small and look dated with almost everything broken including dirty shower (picture attached), barely working faucets, not working ceiling fan(they supplied standing fans). No air conditioning in 30 centigrade it is not acceptable. My family and I could not sleep in hot temperature with a standing fan. Staff could not communicate even one word in any language than Turkish which made communication impossible.

  Fantastic view, hospitality ,tasty dinner and breakfast and Turkish coffee , I think I am lucky I stayed in good condition room . I would like to say Thanks to Mr Recep and cook Murat also I am glad to hear about the hotel is going to be redecorate soon.all the best hope see you again

  Its time to learn world!

  Turkey has a very good hospitality in every field and this hotel does not disappoint in terms of anything. Starting with the room we had everything we needed even more so than other places we have been, we had an excellent view and very very nice clean and well furnished room. We simply cannot ask for more. Every staff member was very helpful with anything we asked for -excursions, taxi and others. The things we ordered came within seconds and the staff was always polite and smiling. The food was tasty and the hotel is overall peaceful so we had everything we needed and we had a very needed rest from all the traveling we did before that. We had a wonderful stay and we hope to come back one day. Our vacation was the best, really.

  absolutely not a 4star hotel

  i have stayed two nights with jolly tour and didnt like the cleaning of the room (esp bathroom; beer spillt into minibar by previous guest,not cleaned and room was smelly),restaurant(dirty plates,forks,glasses) and although food was tasty, set-menu mezes and main dishes were not enough(one small dish for 6people).Location is good, attitude of the people at reception and restaurant was so kind&helpful but hotel in general hasnt got a professional operation.i would rate this hotel a max 3star.
