    Mi esposo y yo estamos muy contentos en este hotel se encuentra en un lugar bien Ubicado tienes todo serca muy económico los de recepción muy amables Por supuesto q lo recomiendo si vuelvo a venir a esta ciudad q me encanto me volvería a quedar aquí

    MEAN FRONT DESK STAFF.... bunch of hateful people.

    Zero complaints about the room itself but why is every single one of the people working at the front desk so angry? Ive never seen so many able bodied bunch of people be so bothered every single time you need something. New dude is horrible. Always has slick things to say. Never says thank you or youre welcome or hi or bye. They all clearly hate their job. Whoever is running the place needs to write them all up. Frown faced unhappy people hating their Jobs. Need to shape it up or get to Steppin. Sad bunch. Couldnt you find 1 happy person to greet your guests? Not 1 of them know anything at all about good customer service. PS- the housekeepers are friendly and warm. They dont have some friends you could hire to replace them folks at the front?

    Cheap, stay to yourself, get in at a decent hour

    It's mainly the people that stay here that are the problem.People have problems with the staff not being at the office. Customers acting a fool 7/31 because staff wasn't in office talking about burning the building down. Seems like a prostitution ring going on over here 225. Doors constantly slamming in the middle of the night feels like the building is about to fall from it. I've had no problems with the staff and no problems with the room.

    Great Customer Service

    Our housekeeper lataisha does an exceptional job daily. No matter what Lataisha is doing, she will stop what it is she is doing to assist you. If she is on 4th floor and if what u need is on first floor she will assist immediately. Great teamwork all around with a great manager.

    Liars. Fake Customer Service

    So my family and I were evacuees from Hurricane Sally. We booked for 7 days because we were told we may not have power or water for a couple weeks. We ended up saying 3 nights. We checked in on September 18 and stayed until sept 21. We contacted Expedia on 9/20 to try and check out early because woodspring doesn't have 24/7 front desk. They said they would contact the hotel and send me an email with the resolution. I received an email the next morning and Expedia told us woodspring declines to refund us. We went down that morning well before check out time to discuss the situation but no one was at the desk. We went down several times and still no one there. We then chatted in to Expedia again and they called they called them with no answer. I tried to call corporate but it ended the call and said we had to contact the general manager at that specific site. We went down there again and found out someone had died that day in a room and they had been dealing with that. We understood and asked to check out with a refund to go home. They agreed to the refund. I took pictures and a video of that interaction in case they tried to say they never agreed to a refund. I also stayed on chat with Expedia and relayed to them that they had agreed to the refund. Pictures attached. In addition to this, the room had not been cleaned when we arrived, the floors were sticky and there was mold on our air condition and in the hallways. While we were getting checked out, the maintenance man came in and saw the mold and ask if we were changing rooms or just going home. We told him going home and he said Good acknowledging the mold. Y'all we were having itchy throats and coughing and were ready to go!!!! So we left and thought everything was ok. I called woodspring a week later and stayed on hold for 25 minutes. No one ever came to the phone. I tried to call corporate and the recording hung up on me and said talk to the regional manager of the specific site. I called again and spoke with someone. She said she remembered the situation and that her manager was on a conference call and would call me back. I never received a call so I called back. The lady said we were already refunded the day we checked out..... I said ok I'll check with my bank, should I call back in a week if I still didn't have it and she said yes. I called my bank, no pending transactions... I chatted with Expedia today and they contacted the hotel. The manager told a blatant lie saying she didn't recall any of this conversation. She denied everything!!!!!!!!! Do not waste your money here!!!!
