  Hotel good for a short stay

  First impression of the hotel was good. The hotel had pools outside and inside. It has a big wellness spa with sauna and a very big fitness studio. The room was a bit disappointing. We booked for three people (family with child) and the room was a bit tight for three people. The toilet and shower had transparent doors but the wash basin was out in the open. There were no closets but just an open storage for clothes. This was not enough for three people for a week. There is no AC and just a small window to air the room. . The room was also very warm on hot days luckily it was only for a couple of days. The breakfast bar was adequate. It has all the things one need for breakfast variety of bread, butter, cold cuts, cheese, cut up vegetables and fruit, cereal, yoghurt, coffee and tea, scrambled eggs and bacon, etc. The coffee comes from an industrial coffee maker and offers cappuccino, espresso and latte macchiato. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs are sometimes burnt and the bacon not crispy. The evening meals are okay, nothing exceptional but the service personnel are very friendly and accomodating. So plus points for this. For a week stay, it would have been nice to have a small refrigerator to cool drinks. The room got so warm one time that the chocolates we bought were also very soft. For a short stay, the hotel would be adequate but not longer...

  Clean and comfortable rooms and friendly staff

  Ive stayed in this hotel about six times now. I keep saying Im going to try somewhere else, but this hotel has everything I need and more. It has a gym, swimming pool, restaurant, bar. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are always clean and tidy with everything you need.

  Happy to return.

  One night stay with my family. Everything spotlessly clean, room, bedding, and indoor pool which was also warm. Sauna looked large with lovely view of garden and mountains. Staff friendly helpful and attentive. Breakfast well presented self service buffet style, all food fresh and replenished constantly with plenty of choice. There was no noise at night, and I would happily stay there again.

  Stunning environment

  Overall nice hotel and friendly staff. Everyone should try the various saunas at the hotel and in particular the outdoor sauna. There one can sit and look out the large window at the beautiful surroundings. Rooms are clean but mine may need a new carpet in the near future.

  Start of A Holiday

  We started our holiday (after a day of traveling) in Bludenz. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in a minimalistic style, nothing to big, but everything one would need present. Sauna and swimming pool are present and could be used by hotel guests. The fitness room seemed to be only usable for members, which is a pity. The food had a nice touch of health food in it.
