  A base for sightseeing

  Booked this at the last minute to visit Kennedy Space Center without realizing it was a timeshare condo unit being rented. It had 2 baths, 1 bedroom, living room with dining area, and galley kitchen. Cooking and eating utensils, linens and towels were provided. Water was hot and shower had great pressure. Older appliances. Large rooms, gym, laundry, and pool are available. It is only staffed during normal "business" hours, with no one in the office on Sundays. They provide you with a goodie bag of dish soap, sponge, laundry detergent and such. It is a quiet residential area near to town, stores, and eating places. There is not anything within walking distance. Only a 20 minute drive to Kennedy Space Center Visitors entrance. It is up to you to load the dishwasher and take out the garbage upon checking out. Parking in front of unit. The one real negative was the porch light shines into the bedroom with no way to turn it off. I understand it being there for safety, but they need to put a blackout shade on that window. I would stay here again as a base for sightseeing.

  Decent Family Accommodation, Fair Price

  These are villas rented by a nearby office just behind the units. The staff was fantastic, so that alone boosts my review. We stayed here primarily because our kids are older now and prefer to have separate beds if at all possible. This unit had two separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms (another plus) and all the general comforts of home (living room, dining room, kitchen, patio). Although I only stayed in one of the units (there is most likely different furnishings and decor in each one), it was sufficient to enjoy a two day/night stay. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was outdated and could use some work to the linoleum floors, but it would not make me review poorly or avoid another stay in the future

  Not too bad

  Hubby and I stayed 2 nights. Older buildings but everything you need is inside. Not the best looking place or area but the price is great and theres plenty of space inside. Plus screened in porch and a pool. Also kept clean. Office people are nice too!

  Enjoyed our week more than we initially thought we would

  We stayed here the week of New Years with my husband and three grown kids. We arrived late enough for it to be dark and had to share the twin bedroom with my husband be a use it had a door to the outside so my kids were too scared to sleep in it.the neighborhood is quiet and not well-lit so that was creepy to them. The other bedroom had a queen bed and one slept on the pull out sofa in the living room. The units are in many buildings along a semi- busy street, but it was quiet enough to sleep at night. The building with the office was quite a walk from our building, which was near the pool, there is only one small pool.There was a unit that had been made into an exercise room with some equipment. We stopped by for donuts and coffee at the office one morning. Laundry is coin operated in each building. We had a few bedding items that we needed missing for the fifth person and had to wait a few days for those. The office isnt open every day. But we worked around it. There isnt much to do nearby but we had rented a car and explored the surrounding area. We loved the police hall of fame and enchanted forest. At first glance, coming from a huge resort in Orlando with all modern conveniences, we were skeptical. But it turned out to be a good week. We didnt use the pool. We drove down to Cocoa Beach on a couple of days.

  Dated and old appliances

  Great location but everything here is tired. Marginal issues with aplliances, exercise equipment doesnt work, rooms very outdated and simple. No amenities. Pool at a preschool, poor room layout, tiny bedrooms double bed only
