  Ubicación Excelente

  Un hotel situado estratégicamente cerca del centro de convenciones. Realmente no es un hotel, son apartamentos con servicio de limpieza. no hay restaurante ni desayuno. Ofrecen café en un cafetera nespresso en la recepción. las habitaciones con microondas y nevera, habitaciones y baño de tamaño grande. Cama cómoda y entorno silencioso. La calle donde esta situado no esta acorde con el hotel, pero es perdonable. Wifi gratis. Recomendable

  Excelente ubicación, a 2 cuadras del MTR, a 4 del centro de convenciones, habitaciones amplias, limpias, con cama cómoda, ducha limpia, artículos de cortesía y personal muy amable. Pequeño gran hotel.

  Very Disapointed

  I booked an apartment at V Wan Chai instead of a hotel for a three week business trip as I wanted a more home from home experience. I was impressed by the luxury representation on the web site and the advertised amenities. The reality of the situation was far from the glossy photos. The room and its fixtures and fittings were very tired, tatty and grubby. The promises of fresh herbs, daily papers, heated towel rails were not realised. The kitchen is very basic with a few old cooking implements and no sink, you have wash dishes in the bathroom, not very hygienic. The shower controls were not marked for hot and cold and getting the shower to work was a random combination of the three control dials. The air conditioning unit was loud so if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. When I complained to the management I was told the apartment met their standards so they were not willing to take any action or offer a refund. I had paid the full three weeks upfront and lost that money. I had to move out to a hotel at additional cost to myself and even on checking out had to insist that the security deposit was returned. The whole experience has left me quite bitter that this company get can get away with this level of dishonesty.

  Incredible value for an impressive serviced apartment in Hong Kong

  We stayed here two night for business. The serviced apartments are modern and reasonably well furnished. We were upgraded to a Garden Suite that gave us access to a private outdoor terrace attached to our room on Level 4. The terrace has a high screened wall for some privacy (at least by Hong Kong standards) with an outdoor table setting and umbrella. The bath is small but functional. The only negative is that the kitchenette has the barest of kitchen utensils and there was no toaster in the room. There is a Marks & Spencer Food store one block away (on the other side of the road ramp at the end of Jaffe Road. If this is close there is a reasonable local Supermarket a few more doors down. This means you can stock up and make the best use of the kitchenette. The staff were friendly and helpful at times. There is a neighbourhood gym guests can use as well. It's also 5 minutes walk to the Convention Centre making it ideal for business travellers attending a trade show. Overall this is an incredibly good value serviced apartment in Hong Kong and the Garden Suites are simply divine.

  it was a nice place to stay. clean & convenient. staff are helpful. Although the staff didnt talk good English but they are willing to help & explain. they even helped to call for the taxi for us to go to the airport.
