  Good hotel in Ubon

  V hotel is a very welcoming hotel to stay at when visiting Ubon. Rooms are spotlessly clean, large with comfortable beds and very good bedding. Checking in/out is done very efficiently by welcoming staff who are polite and courteous. If you like to watch the world go by then book a room at the front which are slightly larger and come with their own balconies, although, if you're a light sleeper you may prefer a quieter room at the back of the hotel (no balcony) as the hotel is on a busy road that can have on weekends the odd late night Moto GP wannabe's. Breakfast is adequate enough, but like most Ubon hotels is restricted to suit Thai guests, you may want to take a small (100ml) bottle of milk as non is provided for things such as coffee. There are many excellent food outlets, mainly street food, just around the corner (half kilometre) and if you're looking for a cheap eat then head to the noodle soup kiosk situated only 50 metres from the hotel, they do the best noodle soup in Ubon. All in all an excellent hotel to stay at when visiting Ubon.

  Basic economical hotel

  It has the basic facilities of a 2-star hotel. Bathroom has soap, shampoo and shower cap. The room is clean and comfortable but very very dark at night. It might be helpful to bring a portable light. Buffet breakfast is OK, not great, with horrible coffee without milk. Location is lousy - unless you have business at the neighboring local university. You'd have to take a taxi to the town center area. Thankfully taxis are quite common and inexpensive in this town.

  Re visit

  I have been here several time. Recently service seem to be a little bit drop. I stayed in maybe call deluxe room which is more expensive 40% than standard room because it's full. I don't recommend for deluxe room because it's insignificant bigger, most of thing is same as standard room, only have more few item in minibar while it faces to the front road which vehicle sound will annoy you.

  Not V for victory

  Basic 2-star hotel,hotel and room were clean, but breakfast room not clean with dirty tables and poor standard of food .eggs were cold coffee undrinkable no interaction from staff. sorry would not stay again .

  Convenience and nice

  Nice breakfast and comfortable room but very noisy from the room next door. The hotel is next to the main road very easy to find with a big car park. From hotel to airport is only 5 km or 5 minutes drive.
