  Wonderful hotel for family

  We stayed 1 week with my wife and two children. It's great and huge. A big aqua, nice beach and delicious and quality food. Don't hesitate to stay for holiday. It will be our first choice for next holidays.

  Hotel is on the top of an mountian, 20 km away from Alanya. Around hotel is banana farms. Hotel has a private beach, with blue flag. Foods are nice and tasty. Rooms are very big and clean. Staff is great. We loved it and defintly we will come again.

  Not as expected, but got an upgrade

  I have a mixed experience at this resort. First we got an upgrade at the start, which was brilliant, we got a very nice suite room, with excellent view. I believe the rooms were available due to a less busy time due to covid 19, but this does not take away the good will gesture from the hotel that we appreciated a lot, it was the best part. The facilities are OK, I mean not many activities as I expected, there are several swiming pools ( 4 ) and four slides. They also have a tenis court and may be other facilities but we only focused on water activities, that was swiming and slides. The restaurant was busy, even though with less guests capacity ( I can't imagine if it was full ) , there is no organisation on the floor level, we did find it hard to find a table and sit together as a family, many table had some signs on them as if they were reserved, in one occasion we were kicked out of a table by a member of staff ( he said table reserved, move out now please ! pointing with his hand ) , clearely rude, he also said that the table was for the Manager ... Also in one occasion I wanted to park my car to get my family out, but I was told that I could not park, when I pointed out at a car already parked in a restricted area, I was told, this is for the Manager.... it seems the Manager gets a special treat, but not the guests... After I complained about the table service, we were offered a la carte restaurant, a good will gesture that we appreciate a lot. The food was limited compared to other resorts, I expected a lot from a 5 stars, but at least you can't go hungry as they served it between meals, there are snacks and burger, ice cream, juice between breakfast, lunch, dinner. My daughter did her hair, the price was $45, when I wanted to pay by card, surprisingly he said that his card machine doesn't accpet dollars ... I was like ?? then to make payment he converted it in TL using his own rates and addded tax on it without me realising, yes he added Tax on a hair cut !! after when I enquired at the reception, they just don't care and send you back to the hairdresser, when I did with the hairdresser they just fob you off and say when the boss comes... Also I had a bad experience with an off duty staff who was in the swiming pool, he asked me to keep quite while I was playing with my kids, he said that he needed to relax, sleep, and read his book and I was bothering him...I could not believe it !! I just told him to go to his room, I felt this was out of order. In general, the staff are nice and helpful, apart from couple of times, most tend to assist you, and are willing to give their best. The games center is paid activity, something that we did not expect. so mu kids didn't really enjoy evening play, it was also empty as a result, other resorts you could get them all for free, but not in this one. The resort is mainly for Russians, including songs and activities, it can be hard to get new friends while there, especially for kids. Overall, I expected a bit more from a 5 star hotel, but as I mentioned they seem to go the extra mile for you to make sure you have a good stay.

But very important,that Bobby is your good friend during your stay in Utopia World.He is your laught,he is your good condition every day,he is your personel animator.He would like to spend time to everybody.   Amazing vacation))

  Dear colleagues!It was a perfect time during my vacation ! First of all,I want to say HUGE THANKS to all F&B team(I cant write all names-too long for this review ),but I remember everyone !!! Like an employee of Marriott Hotel I know this kitchenfrom inside,and I must to tell that...you, guys, are amazing!So professional,sunny and smiling,with a lot of positive things, which did my stay with you like in a fairytale!Sometimes our job can be hard, but when I looked how you work, I really proud of you and what you do!!! Of course, I also thanks for all Hotel team and Bobby for a special funny mood! With best regards, Taya
