  Excellent hotel. Great value for money

  We spent 2 nights here. What a great find. The whole hotel was spotless and the room was spacious. The breakfast on both days was included in the price and was lovely. There was a really good choice of food and it was all tasty. The staff were polite and extremely helpful. We cannot recommend it highly enough. The area the hotel is in seems run down but the hotel is a little oasis and its within walking distance of all the main sites.

  please, don't fall for the reviews sometimes, I picked this hotel because of the reviews like wonderful amazing fabulous but in reality, what I found is a very average cheap hotel in a location that looks nothing like the picture. the hotel is situated in a very steep hill which makes it easy to come down and almost killing to go up. you will definitely need transportation to go to liberty square especially when you have kids. the rooms are ok the cleaning is done every day which is nice and the housekeeping is the best part of the hotel. the food is horrible like everywhere in Georgia. to sum it all, the hotel is nice if you have a very limited budget but if you can afford a better hotel, don't even think about it. the rooms are stacked together like sardines and the walls are made of a paper board so expect to hear your neighbor even when they flash the toilet. The management does nothing about the noise. personally, I will not go back.i'd rather pay more and be more comfortable.

  Very friendly staff and nice rooftop bar!

  We loved our stay here, the staff is friendly and the manager(s) are very welcoming. Also the homemade wine was delicious and the rooftop bar has a stylish interior and nice view over Tbilisi. I highly recommend to stay in this hotel, or just stop by for some drinks/food at the rooftop bar :)

  Nice base to discover Tbilisi

  Nice base to discover the city. We where on the road for almost four months with our Landrover with roofroptent. Compared to that, this hotel was a luxury heaven. After some negations we could do our laundry here. Rooms are clean. Staff is helpful and very friendly. The neighbourhood is nice and upcoming. Some good restaurants and interesting architecture. Breakfast in the hotel is okay. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and good view over the city. 15% discount when your staying in the hotel.

  memorable stay

  We enjoyed our stay very much, the staffs are very quick and efficient. they make everything possible and easy. the hotel location is close, walking distance to local attractions very clean and quiet place.
