Blood stain on mattress protector
Found A big spot of blood stain on the mattress protector. Judging from the colour it looks recent. This is quite disgusting and unsanitary. Doesn't qualify as 4 star hotels to me. Unhappy with how the hotel management deals with the situation. This is a health hazard and saying sorry doesn't fix any problem. Unacceptable to any hotel guests.

Huge room, helpful staff, perfect final stay in Japan.
Family of four (2A, 2C 8&10) spent the last 4 nights of our Japan trip in this lovely hotel. We had a family room as we needed to have our own beds. After some very small accommodation, the separate beds, lounge and dining area were perfect. The bathroom was spacious with all amenities. Beds were clean and comfortable. Easy walk under cover from Shin-Urayasu station. Check in was quick and easy. Found an abundance of food located in the two local shopping complexes - ask for English menu - we found everyone had one. KFC, McDonalds, Subway and Starbucks are all there if you need a western food hit. There is also a Lawson for all your convenience needs. Purchased two day Disney/Disneysea pass at front desk without issue.The shuttle was fantastic and gave a nice break from the trains. I had several interactions with the front desk and all my queries were answered with ease. Overall, the location, the accommodation and service we received at this hotel made it a stand out of our trip especially for visiting Disney. Highly recommended.

Never ever more
We went on visiting Tokyo and we unfortunately decide to spend 3 nights in this place. This is a 5 stars rated hotel, we didnt have water, coffee, milk, sugar and a safe in the room. We booked a room with a king size bed and we had a double bed room. We had a serious issue with others guests very noisy, we were forced to ask to move in another room because the management wasnt able to sort this matter out for us, and that happened the very last night before flying back from Tokyo to London, losing at least two hours when we could easily sleep instead of. Another point very negative, and believe me I am not made it up, was the breakfast, awful, very basic definitely not a 5 star hotel breakfast. This is an advice for anyone, this place is a kind of nursery, plenty of children, this is what you are facing in choosing this resort, is located quite far from the city center and is not a place whos offering a 5 stars hotel service, think twice before booking, last but least is quite expensive, there are by far better 5 stars hotel in Tokyo more or less at the same price. I will go back to Tokyo again, splendid city, but in this resort my foots will never leave they own print in it anymore. It cost me leave this feed back, and I know bad recensions may produce a bad impact on other visitors, but this resort to become a real 5 stars Hotel needs a huge managing improvement.

Use it as a base for Disney
Stayed 4N at corner family room where it fits 6 pax (4 adults n 2 children). We used it as a base to go to Disneyland. Being one of the partner hotels, it provides free bus shuttle service (15min) to Disney resort. If you are sick of food at Disney, you can always come back to hotel where there are many choices of restaurants or even the mall opposite the hotel which is connected by an overhead bridge (link to Shin Urayasu Station). Room size itself is not that big, no smart TV. No safe in room as well. Have to be careful of the step in the bathroom. Breakfast spread is pretty decent but was hoping to have changes in variety daily. Breakfast ends relatively early at 0930. If you just use this as a base to go Disney, its good enough as its much cheaper than staying at the Disney hotels in the resort. Am sure you would also want to stay away from the resort for other sights n food. I booked the hotel via Agoda where payment is to be made directly at the hotel. Usually hotels would just take a credit card guarantee but will not charge anything until checkout. However this one actually charged the stay upon check in.

Pleasant stays
Pros: Near to train station about 5 min walk from Urayasu train station Free shuttle to Disney Hotel ambiance is good Buffet Breakfast is good Hotel staff is helpful Cons: 1. Hotel room doesn't provide coffee / tea and mineral water. Will be good for a 5 star hotel to have such amenities in the room. 2. Buffet breakfast time is too short until 9.30am only. We get there by 9am as not aware of the breakfast timing ( not mentioned by the hotel staff when check in ) 3. Hotel staff does not help to pack the foods ( we have paid for the buffet breakfast) as we need to check out hotel earlier by 6.30am due to ad hoc plan. Will be good to help pack the breakfast as some customers might need to check out earlier.
