I certainly would not rate this hotel higher than 2 starsThis was the first hotel we stayed at on our extended group tour of India. I do not know where/when some of the posted photos on the TripAdvisor site for this hotel were taken, but I certainly did not see anything near the sparkling clean room pictures that were posted! We arrived at our hotel around 5a.m, and the place was very quiet except for our tour group. The staff was friendly during our visit, the lobby area wall furnishings and common areas were dusty. Some of the room corridors had severely peeling wall paper, blotches of paint/color on the wall paper, dirty/dingy carpets and some door jams had serious spots were it seemed someone had taken crow bars to access room entry. Inside the room itself, positive was the bed were comfy, in-room safes, hair dryers, refrigerator (unknown if it worked due to condition), lamps, remote TV which many channels non-local channels were preview only and after a few minutes popped-up black screens. Two bottles of complimentary water, tea, water cooker, work desk, and table & chair. The room showed way too many signs of poor workmanship, from wall markings, floor/tile measurements, rusted out shower heads, molded and cracking caulking, water leaking on bathroom floor from the toilet or shower/bath that had side tiles missing and rusted out! The A/C was ok. As far as room security, the doors did have peep holes and double locks, but the chain lock was broken off. There is a closet with hangers and a small room safe inside. The Wi-Fi is pay only and was around 200rp/day. Some floor common areas had a pool table or table tennis. Breakfast was served daily from 7.30-10am and consisted of sliced breads, a few pastries, pea/mushroom mix, sausage mix, boiled eggs, steamed tomatoes, basic omelets, juices, sliced fruit, potato wedges, corn flakes, flat bread, and a variety of Indian dishes. I did see a creepy crawler next to some of the Indian sauces. They have tried to make the restaurant a highlight of the hotel, but looking closely one can see the furnishings were much worn. The restaurant staff was friendly, but they played the local music video station on the TV way too loud during the dining hours. Dinner was a nice surprise as the buffet food was good. Both western and Indian dishes were seasoned well and tasty. The hotel and lobby area is very simple. The reception staff was friendly and responded very fast to one inquiry we had. The rear of the hotel has a green space and shrine. The rear hotel exterior was rather shoddy, while the front was better but still dirty/dusty from the street dust. The hotel is rated good for location as there is a bustling street market for fruits, clothing and accessories, shoes, backpacks, liquor store and more early mornings until late in the evenings. There was a banquet room on the top floor, an open air area with tables. The Spa and Salon area, which was locked and chained off and stated under renovation, though the staff stated the spa opened later in the morning. Some of the of the room floor common areas were pool tables or table tennis. I would certainly not rate this hotel above a two-star property, and thats really pushing this limit!

Worst hotel in Gurgaon when it comes to hospitalityWorst hotel. Don't go for it. Rooms are good. Waiters and staff is the worst. Except one guy Manish, everyone in the hotel is a complete waste ! Especially the restaurant staff is completely insane ! For food, they have one policy, "if you want to stay, then eat our food only" and their food tastes very bad. Breakfast was bad. A roadside tea stall makes better tea. On asking plates and spoon in room, they have a condition - order something from us, spend money for us. Wow. On being told that we didn't like their food, the receptionist girl tell us - order just a coke. And we will give you plates and spoon. Wow, they give plates and spoon for coke but not for the customers. All they want is money. When it comes to hospitality, I recommend everyone to say a big no to this hotel. You can't force someone to spend money. Really poor staff.
