  No me convenció

  Nos alojamos alli, ya que no encontramos en la zona ninguno mejor y con disponibilidad. Fue el mas flojito de nuestra visita a Nueva zelanda. Desde la la opacidad de sus dueños, hasta lo muy venido a menos del lugar, la verdad que con tiempo hubiese buscado algo mejor. Hasta habia un bicho dentro del microondas, ja lo tuvieron que cambiar. Logico que comimos afuera y al otro dia RAJAMOS.

  What a s##t hole

  Stay one night, paid top dollar for the room, bathroom had more mold in it then my sons Uni flat, half way through the night woke to something crawling around and on me when I hoped out of bed I notice blood spotting all over the sheets then notice small bugs in the bed which turn out to be tics, how revolting. Got owner in and showed him all his said was sorry, I demanded a full, but refuse and stated I had used power and water so wasn't entitled to a refund. I can't understand how people like this can keep operating

  A short visit to Rotorua

  My wife and I spent a couple of nights at the Victoria Union Motel. The owner was very nice and tried to help us whenever we asked. Location was good, near restaurants, cafes and a big supermarket. Room was comfortable, though an extra cleaning was desired.

  Most unclean place I have ever stayed!

  On arriving I noticed the outside of the premises was unkempt and untidy. Noticed many people sitting outside units smoking.Manager was ok..explained nothing and the office area as well disgusting. Our room was awful even though they had rung me and checked my arrival time so room would be "excellent".First thing I noticed was the toilet was disgusting with mould( which looked black) and other stains I won't mention around the toilet and toilet brush ekk and the customer arrival folder was absolutely filthy with food and drink stains, coffee cup stains..I didn't want to touch it. Side table similar state and on it went.Manger sent a lady up to deal with the toilet....she was disgusted. It was the area of rooms she cleaned and she was most sorry. We then went to the supermarket and brought disinfectant wipes and wiped down every light,door handle and handles,shower,kitchen..even the Customer Manual that was left filthy. I so wished I hadn't paid in full on arrival. I would just not do that again, as reading reviews I would never have got a refund. The manager mention moving rooms but I looked at all the stuff I had lugged upstairs ,past the huge loads of washing ,and he gave me no offer to help!! The lady who cleaned the toilet asked if they were moving us to "Geneva" so obviously they also own another motel. First night the mineral hot pool was filthy with leaves and crap in it, same for outdoor pool. Second night these had obviously been cleaned. We had room 11 upstairs and below us was party town. Loud vehicles with music blaring at 11.30pm, no consideration for anyone. This is apparently a place Winz sends people for housing and it shows. The whole outside of the place needs a bloody good clean.

  Disgusting.

  I had the worst visit stay ever. A lady standing over the balcony swearing and threatening teenagers with a bat, drunk, shes abusive and didnt consider the younger children around. She approached us to where we got scared, police or hotel stayers were frightened. Another room had kept arguing in 6 and a young baby crying involved. I have met the hotel manager, he is awsome and can tell he trys to keep his Motel at the best he can.
