  Three Star Hotel in Offenburg

  Hotel Union is a 5 minute walk from Offenburg railway station and bus station. We arrived on a Sunday morning. Many shops and restaurants were closed. The lady at the reception spoke only German. But check-in was not a problem. The room was spacious and well-heated. It was equipped with shower, WC, telephone, radio and cable TV. Wi-Fi is payable extra at Euro1.00 per person. We did not take the hotel breakfast as there were many other options available. The hotel arranged a taxi for us to travel to Gengenbach, a drive of 10 km. The cost was Euro 18.50.

  Nice service:) happy people

  Central, nice service, very good continental breakfast:) big room, nice and clean toilet, television with international channels:) very comfy bed:) and nice pillows:) parking is perfect :) personal is was very friendly with information about the town . Closed to restaurants and pubs:)

  Lovely hotel in Offenburg

  We stayed here on 15th and 16th April 2017. Spacious and comfortable rooms with clean toilets. Service was excellent with very friendly, smiling and English speaking staff. Location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk from the Train Station.

  Surprisingly good deal

  Located just a few blocks from the train station. We got in early and they let us store our luggage in the office until check in time. The room was clean and the shower was wondereful. The bed was very comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the old town area, with restaurants, bars, and shops every where. A lovely town.

  Don't expect sleep if it's warm

  No AC, no problem, just sleep with the windows open. Oh wait, there's a bar just outside that actually waits till midnight to start blasting music. Do you remember Natalie Imbruglia? Want to hear drunk girls singing along to her one hit at 2am? Would you like all the cigarette smoke to drift in because with not even so much as a fan the room gets instantly stuffy within minutes of closing the windows? I want to cry I'm so tired and it feels like trying to sleep in a bar. I'm tempted to cancel my whole trip since I don't see how I can enjoy Europa Park without sleep. Money competely wasted.
