  Disappointed

  Me and my family chose to stay at U Khaoyai for 1 night before we moved to stay at Sala Khaoyai for another night. First impression was fine, staff introduced the signature service of U hotels (24 hours check out and all day beakfast) but once we got into the room found lots of hiccup. We found dead fly on the floor, hairs on the table, half finished bathroom cleaning (they not even flush the toilet and still have yellow stain inside the bowl!), no tissue set in the living just the empty box. My wife had called just a night prior to arrival to asked for baby cot to be set up in the room but none was prepared. We had to dine in the hotel due to the rain and we found the price of food was ridiculous. You have to order a stam rice separately when you order thai soup or thai curry, many hotels now do serve the jasmine rice together with the thai soup or thai curry and they charged a plate of jasmine rice at THB 60, even 2 times more expensive than Sala Khaoyai charge us while Sala Khaoyai are much more reasonable on the food price. Restaurant at breakfast was understaffed, we have to get the tea by ourself, none of the staff came to asked from us and only 1 staff in the early morning while hotel almost fully booked. Last thing, we had the afternoon tea just before we left the hotel, we had ñ, Cooking station was managed by 1 staff who had to take care of eggs station and noodle station so he had to cooked the eggs in advance and leave it and wait for guest to take it which was already cold. I asked for scrambled egg and got half cook and half raw egg, I can see the stress from his facial expression. We had breakfast experienced at U Chiangmai and it was much better. The management should focus more and manage tge proper manning when the hotel got busy not just only let few people run the show by themselves. Last thing, we had to wait for 15 mins to get afternoon tea set after the tea was served to the table and still had to ask for sugar even though it can be served together with tea (they served tea without tea spoon). Staffs in general were nice but need more training to provide the proper service.

  Very pleasant stay

  Front office Manager, Mr. Bie, provided information of hotel very well when check in. He informed me all what the guest should know during the stay including promotion ex : Spa programme. Room was so spacious and clean with a nice view. The environment around the hotel is so wonderful.

  New french themed resort

  Good location. Nice design with many scenic locations for photo taking. Room is large and generally comfortable. Bring your own toothbrush and lotion as room does not cater. Breakfast and service so so. A bit expensive.

  good service, room, food and views I love that there are many pillow in the room hahaaa all staffs always take care the customer food is so delicious especially steak in dinner course surprise that the orange juice is real !!!!

  The room is clean and comfortable. Suit to family stay. The overall atmosphere is so great. We took so many nice photo having the hotel architecture as a background. We also love the food, it is good taste with reasonable price.
