  Chlorinated springs and bad service

  I normally dont do reviews. I just got back from a weekend there and it was no good. Front desk have an attitude .We got downgraded to the tiniest room . Description tell you that you will have a fireplace and coffee machine. The room had nothing. Only a bean bag to sit on. Parking is very difficult as they are full capacity even then they sent a email saying wont be full capacity. If you lucky you will get a chair or a hot spring available. Hot springs have chlorine pods floating. I have here many times but with all changes(not due to covid) they are not ready to have a full hotel. Just to add to the experience the restaurant takes all morning. Service is very slow. Our party was abandoned in two different occasion. I wish that I got the room I paid for and also not to be told the hotel wont be full. I would have staying home and avoid the crowd and a bad experience. In the end I was offer a voucher or an upgrade next time. I would prefer go somewhere dont sell you something and give you something else. If you want to relax and have a great time this is not it.

  Fantastic Overall Wellness Resort!

  Really enjoyed the Natural hot springs, organic farm2table restaurant, and beautifully curated grounds for exploring. The Restaurant at Two Bunch Palms was very organic & Farm 2 table - highly recommend Spanish Octopus for dinner and TBP "Beyond Meat" Burger for lunch! Great staff & management at restaurant too - super friendly and got seated fast for both occasions!

  Beautiful property, wonderful stay!

  We are locals, and I have been coming to two bunch palms for spa treatments for a few years now. We decided to book a room their re-opening weekend because I love the property so much and our stay did not disappoint! The grounds are so relaxing, its very quiet and clean, and everyone was adhering to covid safety precautions. The food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Due to it being their re-opening weekend, by the time Saturday morning came around they were extremely busy so the kitchen was a bit backed up. Totally understandable, due to a reduced staff in having to adhere to covid protocols. Chryse Young, the front office supervisor, went above and beyond to make up for our delayed meal. Her (and the other staff) provided such wonderful customer service, aside from the beautiful grounds, and these are the reasons we will be returning very soon! Oh and did I mention the amazing hot springs tubs?! Cant wait for the spa to open back up, and the added pools and tubs that they are building. One of our favorite staycations in the valley! We love you two bunch palms!

  Amazing place, excellent food and stunning scenery

  We are returning guests and love this place. The food was exceptional - wow! I stayed two nights and couldn't wait to eat dinner at the restaurant the second night. AMAZING food. We had a room with a firepit outside and beautiful views of the mountains. The hot baths are relaxing and overall the property is beautiful. We will be back for our annual trip next year.

  Terrible rooms design

  Just came home from this terrible hotel. We went with my girlfriends to celebrate one of our friends birthday. We had two rooms and asked the receptionist to give us two rooms close to each other. She gave us two rooms absolutely in different locations when the room next to our friends room also was not occupied. It took us a lot of time to talk to her and begging her to give us this room. The first room was very tiny. They have terrible design, absolutely no pleasure to stay there. Both rooms have only beds and one bean chair in each room. Not even one chair and table. No place to put your cup of water!!! On one wall rooms have crazy things which are not useful at all! The door to the bathroom is terrible! The outside is looking like nobody cares and nobody takes care of anything. Some constructions around the place. We paid so much money for one night stay and those rooms absolutely not worth even half what we paid. We will never come back and dont recommend this hotel. Dont waist your money!
