  No worries here...

  We stayed here recently and feel that we can only echo the thoughts of other reviewers. Our apartment was fresh, spacious and very comfortable. We found Bec and Tim most friendly and helpful. The location is excellent with many good quality restaurants located just around the corner. The pool is private, a good size and kept clean. The car parking is at ground level underneath the apartments and is therefore shaded. This is a blessing on the hot, sunny days you get in Noosa. We felt that Twin Quays would be more suitable for couples but in saying that, we did see two boys having fun in the pool when we were there so the place probably works for all. We wished that we could have stayed longer and would choose to stay here on our next visit if we get the chance.

  Disappointing but adequate

  I've stayed here before in a studio apartment. It's smallish but tolerable. And you could cook. Has a balcony, easy access to the river, restaurants and beaches. The disappointing aspects are that the price has gone up and the ability to cook anything has been removed. There's no stove or oven just a microwave. There used to be a electric fry pan which you prepare a meal on, just. I was surprised to see that it was removed on my last visit which virtually forced us to eat out every night, not my preferred option. I queried management about this and they said no one seemed to use them. Would it matter to leave them there even so? I think it was a cost saving measure. Has king single beds pushed together, not the most comfortable option. The new owners have been there for over a year and seem cordial enough but they would not budge from 140/night. I stayed the previous year for 100/n. Remember it's a smallish studio we are staying in. We stayed an extra 4th night and they reduced the tariff by 10 dollars! It's in a nice spot with undercover parking. I think 2 stars for convenience.

  Great apartment but.

  We are a family of four with two teenagers. The price we paid was much lower than other places for the summer. The location is very convenient to cafes and restaurants as well as Woolworths. The apartment was very spacious, but unfortunately lorikeets roost in the trees outside so bring your ear plugs! We had to close the balcony door at dusk because of the noise and they will wake you in the morning. Remember there is no daylight savings in Queensland during summer so theyll wake you from 4.30am! Also, our apartment had huge windows above the sliding door in the living area with no coverings so the light comes in at the same time the bird noise starts (from 4.30am) so we had to sleep with the bedroom door closed to keep the light from waking us up early. The pool is only just over a metre deep at the deep end, more like a lap pool but adequate to cool off. The spa only has jets on the floor and during our 5 might stay we never saw it filled with water or cleaned. By the time we left it was green and cloudy. Owners stayed in contact regarding check in time.

  Top Spot!!!

  The first time we went was purely based on proximity to a gig we were going to see. However we liked it so much we headed back a couple of weeks later. Bec is very helpful and friendly and the location is very handy to lots of restaurants and cafes and of course the river. We will definitely be back.

  Perfect Position Luxury Accommodation

  My husband and I have just spent 3 wonderful nights at Twin Quays in a 1 Bedroom Apartment The apartment was spotlessly clean, with two very comfortable couches, large flat screen T.V. Dining table to seat 6 Kitchen with everything you could possibly want if you want to cook up a storm Huge, very comfortable bed Lots of hanging and storage space for your clothes A seperate fully equipped laundry The Bathroom was luxurious Balcony with table and chairs overlooking Albert Street and lovely palm trees Plenty of windows for fresh air, and , air conditioning and ceiling fans Lovely swimming pool in a private setting Even though you are very close to Gympie Terrace, we found Twin Quays to be very quiet and peaceful It's also a 2 minute walk to the river and lots of Cafe's Restaurants, clothing shops etc. Also easy walk to Dan Murphy and Supermarket Our Hostess Bec was welcoming and helpful We will definately stay again when we next visit Noosaville which we recommend rather than Hastings Street which is so much busier. Walking along the River is a highlight of Noosaville and we highly recommend Twin Quays
