  In terms of the Superb. Senior Management staff pathetic experience. Very poor hospitality. Poor decorum. I had very much frustration during my event planning. Please respect your client. Mr. Guyo don't abuse power time is more powerful

  Beautiful watamu beach

  Nice hotel, however the staff are not responsive at all, allocated me 2 rooms without my asking thinking only for me to be asked for extra money to which I said No to as they made the mistake on their end. I asked for an extra bed and one of the staff (John Guyo) told me he will think about it. I was in shock, and asked if that is how they respond to guests, he told me he is not speaking to me till I vacate the extra room to which I asked what was the procedure and he told me to remove my things (his exact words) and hand over the key to the reception... I was speechless. Food was wanting only 1 protein (eggs) for breakfast and food timings are not friendly at all 1.30-2pm for lunch and 8.30pm for dinner. kids cannot be fed earlier unless the GM approves it, to which he even stopped the chef on day 1 from serving us food for the kids till it was time. By the second last day there was no toothpicks available at the facility, I mean??? They only concentrate on the foreigners and ignore all the other locals which is sad... Otherwise if they improved on the above, they would rate high.....

  Disappointing restaurant

  Went to attend a wedding by the beach and decided to stay at the same place. the food was very disappointing in flavors as well as time. Dinner was served not earlier than 8.30pm strictly. breakfast was not so fresh croissants, dry cake, pancake/omelette and a cereal. Doesn't seem good enough for a hotel where you pay full board. they didnt have most of the known beverages, despite there being a wedding in the resort. The rooms were excellent, and the surrounding is beautiful too!

  Great Experience

  Made a booking at a property that was closed and our booking was moved to Twiga Beach. The staff was amazing and extremely friendly. This is an Italian resort and activities are rightfully done in Italian. Although we do not speak Italian, the staff went above and beyond to include our family. The food was incredibly good every meal. Beautiful pool and beach. We would certainly come back for another holiday.

  Horror

  What a disgusting place. I was conned. Expensive dump. From the thumping music pool side being played by a group of drunk buddies , to the filthy room.... the reception area should have been enough for me to realise what was in store for us.I think the owners have walked off the job a long time ago and left it to a few locals. My choice of dingy rooms were mound smelling or paint smelling. Other rooms with doors opened and mattresses leaning against walls .No toiletries at all supplied but for a small tube of rubbish soap. So many appalling things. I honestly need to tell you that your holiday in Kenya will be totally spoilt if you venture into this shocking excuse for a resort. I assure you I travel the world quite a lot and this is by far the worst excuse of a holiday destination I have ever encountered.
