  I really liked staying here. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Can be a little tricky to find at first. Breakfast is cakes and croissants etc, and u can help urself to tea and coffee when ever you want. It's in a good area but not close to the centre of town. Be prepared to walk or get transport. A taxi to the main area near pantheon where we went everyday only cost about 10 euros each way. Overall we enjoyed our stay just wished it was a little closer to the main tourist areas.

  Nice apartment

  We stayed here for a week while visiting Rome. It is about a half hour walking distance to the Colosseum but there is a tram stop at the end of the street. Small, clean room with private bathroom. The couple that showed us the apartment were very friendly. The shower did not work and was fixed that day. There is a small kitchen, which was useful for making small meals. Overall a pleasant stay but was overshadowed by the very noisy family who moved in to the other apartment on our third day, who seemingly had no consideration for others. On a posotive note, we would recommend these apartments. Thanks Chris and Shell from Scotland Xx

  Close to San Giovanni Station

  Found this B&B on booking.com the instructions were quite helpful but it took us 1 and half hours to find instead on 33 mins which was suggested. The lady that opened the door made us feel welcome and comfortable and she was very nice and gave us instructions etc. she said we could use th e kitchen to cook. I was 3 rooms inside the apartment but we never saw anyone else. Stayed here for 1 night, only wish we could of stayed longer, it was very nice and clean, the shower was powerful and very hot. The kitchen was clean and it was in a very quite area. Nearest station is S.Giovanni station, past the Coin Store, walk on the opposite side of street, cross the road, walk over the tram lines and then turn Right and its about 200 yards down, its close to pizza restaurants a supermarket and cake shops. We felt like home away from home I would definitely recommend !!!!!

  Avoid it! If you can

  Just to explain to you, I had to stay in another hotel for a night to have a good shower. If you care about cleanliness, this is definitely not the place for you. We booked 2 rooms through booking.com. The pictures on the site had nothing to do with the apartment we got. The apartment stinks of badly washed floors. We had awful bed linen; my sons and ours were synthetic. On the bed cover, we had cigarette holes as well as and stains. The towels were awful; they were so worn out that at some points you could see the other side, I called for them but they were sent only the next day. Only body towels. Nothing for the face. They took 20 Euros for cleaning; first time, we wanted to use the dishes in the kitchen , we found out that they were all dirty, they had drops of oil on them! Their idea of cleaning was to pass once a day to collect the garbage. First day, they did not even leave towels for my parents room. We made our beds. Positive aspects: strong WIFI, easy to find free parking space, the 2 rooms that we had were together in the same apartment. I still would never recommend this place to Anyone!!

  Poor facilities

  Not a really bad experience but no value for what you pay. Arrived and had reserved a 3 bed room but they had only prepared a 2 bed. So pulled a third from underneath. The room was not for 3 people so it was very crammed. Also washing machine was broken and air conditioning was broken in 33 degrees. No discount was offered. Also it's advertised as a b and b. There is no breakfast offered! Also we were not informed of a cleaner entering our room which we did not appreciate. I asked for no cleaner to enter the next night but one did anyway. So that wasn't ok.
