  Looks great on the web but very outdated

  We booked to stay here as it was advertised on Stayz and had pictures of a park for the kids. Upon arrival we noted that the park was the big park up the street and not on the grounds. The apartment we stayed in was outdated and not worth the money, all we heard were the people above us when they walked around and used the bathroom. No free wifi as advertised. Bbq's were disgraceful and hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long, my wife and I had to scrub the hotplates for 20 mins before using them. The pool was the best part, at least it was warm however, the cover went on at 4pm in the afternoon to keep it warm. Overall, we wouldn't stay here again.

  Well positioned and presented

  This apartment complex is well positioned in Fish pen with short walk to beach and playground and a flat walk to town. The pool was warm and well patronized during our stay. Apartments have all you need. Some are available via the website and others through local real estates (Coast real estate). A very pleasant stay.

  Great location, esp with young kids

  Happy with this place. Walking distance (400m) to a large park (Ford), Cranky Cafe on the corner, 15min walk into town. Didn't use the pool, but looks nice. 3br place has very recently been renovated (2br are in dire need!) With small kids, was initially hesitant of the internal stairs - however reception was quick to offer a temporary gate to block access which worked a treat. Should have explored that when i booked rather than trying to squeeze into 2br (we lasted 1 night!) Would give 5 stars yet couch is terribly uncomfortable and our bed was average - tolerable for a night or two but not so much after 6

  Great location

  The lay out of these apartments are fantastic. Spotlessly clean, plenty of space for moving around in, clean linen, comfy beds. Swimming pool magic. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and glass ware, the kitchen is designed well and very well equiped. Great location for walking into town, close to beach and walking tracks. What more could anyone wish for.

  Just the best!

  We make Tuscany our yearly pilgrimage these days, as it is an excellent base from which to see this part of the world. The apartments are well presented, just right for a family and close to everything. It is well worth a visit. And excellent value too.
