  What an awesome place!

  What an awesome place! This is a magic location! Very quet and relax place! Turunc Premium Hotel is one of my faivorite places now! I'm really amazed! It was my first time in Turkey and I've been in Turunc Premium Hotel from 9th to 16th of October 2020. I came on vacation alone and had a standard sea view room with UAI. Hotel is very new and modern, the beach is just front of hotel (it has a comfortable pier for swimming). My room was on the high floor with a magic view, especially sunrises in the morning and sunsets in evening, starry sky at night, such a beautiful view on harbour, sea and mountains together! I can't find a words to describe my feelings I've got after visiting Turunc and this hotel! I really liked everything in Turunc Premium Hotel, but only food didn't meet my expectations. Thanx to all staff and to their patience at this difficult time after pademia of covid. That's a pity that time I've been there the hotel couldn't offer animation, a la cart menu in restaurant, more varied food (only fish and none of seafood, not enough of different fish and meat, fruits). Maybe that's because of covid situation in the world. All staff of hotel was very nice and courteous, they was doing everything for a camfortable stayng of guests. Every morning housekeeping staff cleaned a room and changed a towels, made in order the bed, put a bottled water. I didn't like only one thing from the first day in hotel, and many russian guests think so too, when bellboy who carries luggage, he acts like he's asking for as many tips as possible, he shaws how little guests give him, counting the money in front of you. After such not nice behavior of bellboy I didn't want to use his service and give him any tips. I want to say many thanks to staff in restaurant, lobby and especially on reception. Many thanks to that nice guy on reception (I think his name is Harun) who gave me a room with the best sea view ever I have. According to my travel, I had a sea view room, and he helped me to get a room on the most high floor with the magic view and in the quite part of hotel as I needed. I've not been on the sea during 3 years before this trip, and his help in choice of room for me did my vacation the best! I'm sure I'll come back to Turunc Premium Hotel again!   Excellent all round

  I have just completed a two week all inclusive break here and found it excellent. Fantastic location. Good food and drink and great helpful staff who.make you feel special.I have no hesitation recommending this hotel and Turunc in general as a town. Beautiful place. I just suggest the hotel upgrade their tv programming for English speakers as all movies are in Turkish. CNN was unavailable. Only BBC World News was in English. Maybe the power of the wifi could.be increased also but overall amazing value for money. Spa treatments.like massage are extra but a reasonable price and very professionally done.

  Lovely hotel

  Just returned from a ten night stay. Upgraded too the sea view room. Thought 150.00 was expensive. Seen as we had no entertainment and only one english tv. Not good when no entertainment on. Needs rectifying. For us English. Food. Was deffo not catered for the english. Only ate a few times. Was more like a 3 star food. Also. Soups and many other dishes where cold. Terrible. Best points. Hotel stunning staff lovely. Views superb. Would return. If food was better and tv. Otherwise no.

  A WONDERFUL HOTEL IDEAL FOR LATE SUMMER...

  This was our second summer holiday in 2020! As the pandemic were spreading more and more in all around the world, we first thought to cancel this trip but later on decided to go and never regretted later on! In fact the main reason of our decision became Mr. Harun KARA, the Front Office Manager to whom I'd wrote an e.mail and asked if can we stay at a room which is "very near to the sea shore". And also far from publicly used areas, does not require the use of an elevator or too much stairs! In return he wrote to me and promised to give us such a room! Then we decided to go there! When we were checking in, he remembered himself my message and really interested with us in person. He showed us two rooms at the first floor and the second one was the room we dream of! We can never forget his professional courtesy... Coming to the others; Ms. Ziynet; the housekeeper of our room, Sevim, Okan, Lütfi the service elements, Hakan Uluç, Hakan Türksoy and the wonderful kitchen personnel; sincere thanks... The environment is incredibly wonderful, so was the sea... Due to the pandemic, the meals were served as if in a space base, every one were wearing masks and face shields and the distance were carefully taken into account. The food&beverage were almost served 24 hrs a day varying according to time! I definitely recommend this hotel... Thanks Harun Kara once more! We would never have come if you didn't understand us and promise what we want!...

  The best experience in Turunc

  This is literally the best hotel in Turunc. Not only because its the biggest one and the best looking but also because it has the best atmosphere. The rooms are nicely decorated and furnished, the lobby is modern and stylish. The selection of food is great with choices of Turkish, Mediterranean, Continental food. Turunc is situated in a beautiful lagoon/gulf surrounded by mountain that create a great feeling all the time. The view is really nice from the most of rooms and the staff was quite friendly. The beach is great: the water is crystal clear with the possibility to snorkel. The beach itself is covered with tiny stones but the hotel has its own pier and you can always lie on the beach chair there. If we talk about lacks, them poor Wifi connection everywhere is the biggest disappointment - you can barely use it even in the lobby. Also, bathrooms in rooms are pretty tiny for 5* hotel. But in general I had the best time in Turunc Premium Hotel and can definitely recommend it of you want to have a nice time in this region.
