    Beautiful hotel

Family run hotel caters for an internationsl range of independent holidaymakers. Comprehensive breakfast served in beautiful surroundings, with a spectacular view. Use of the pool is included if you go for a drink, breakfast, lunchtime snack or evening meal. the staff are all kern to help without being too pushy. Well worth a visit.

    Small, clean and helpful.

Firstly, I want to qualify my 3 score- there is nothing that I found lacking, and we were very happy with this friendly little place, however we did not experience the full season facilties and entertainment, so I couldn't really give higher. We recently stayed here as we needed some where close to the airport for one night as the Hilton was fully booked on the day our flight operated. I chose the Turkuaz for a) proximity to the airport, b) for some local "flavour" to contrast the huge Hilton. The responses to my enquiries were polite and helpful, but when they said it was end of the season, I didn't realise that they meant we would literally be the only guests, and would close the hotel for the season as soon as we left! To their credit, they could have refused to stay open, however they did not, and had the nicest room with best views ready for us, and a single solitary table laid up in the restaurant area for us when we arrived late at night. The lady who greeted us spoke no English but was very congenial, and with sign language and google translate we got settled in and ordered some food, which she went to cook fresh for us. The meals were simple but fresh tasty food, both dinner and breakfast were clearly local produce, and she whipped everything up for us there and then. The triple room had two balconies with beautiful views over the valley to the sea. Simply but tastefully decorated, very clean and well maintained, with mosquito screens on the Windows to allow the breeze in, but a functional a/c system working in the room. The pool was still filled, and very clean, albeit on the chilly side, with a two sun beds left out for us. We didn't use the inside spaces, but a fireplace and indoor dining area seem sensible and welcome. Another older gentleman ( a former Galatasaray player) appeared at breakfast time, not sure if he was the owner or just helping her to shut down as he didn't speak much English, but again he was very friendly, and kindly drive us to the Hilton himself for less than the cab fare. It was quiet, and yes, it is up some steep winding roads, but it was a perfectly fine experience that met our needs and indeed provided the local flavour I had anticipated. I would be interested to see how much the vibe changes with more guests in season, with a full restaurant and entertainment etc. I am grateful that they looked after three tired travellers so nicely when they were probably keen to close up and have a break! Overall, I would recommend this hotel for people who are mobile, (many stairs) and like local experiences and having a bit of an adventure. For the price we paid, this was a fair stay. Our 3 year old was Ok here for one night, and they were very kind with her, but there is not that much to do for children in the area unless you travel to the beach each day, so probably not a family oriented hotel.

Cannot fault this hotel. Weve just returned home from the most fantastic week away (2 adults 3 children, 17, 16, 13). The hotel is bed and breakfast which is traditional Turkish breakfast served buffet style and always something different each day. The staff are very friendly and couldnt do enough for us, we even got a lift to the airport on our return journey to the U.K. This family run hotel is set up on the hills of Sarigerme in a peaceful, tranquil location. The rooms are very clean and offer excellent sea and mountain views from all rooms which enable you to absorb the beautiful views of this wonderful Town of Sarigerme. The shops, bars and restaurants are a 5 minute walk downhill where you will also find the most friendliest people who make you feel so welcome. Whilst in Sarigerme we did two trips. Dalyan/mud bath/turtle beach and also Atlantis Waterpark. Both trips were booked through Panda Tours which is located next to the shops and bars down the hill. The staff are very helpful and ensured we enjoyed both trips from start to finish. Anyone who is thinking about going to Sarigerme I would definitely recommend Turkuaz Hotel, you will not be disappointed!!

    Average hotel

I stayed in this hotel with my wife and 2 kids, I would recommend if you stay for a night before flight, but not for long, its a family run and they are friendly, the only issue is you get a very steep road from sarigerme village to the hotel, its ok by car but to walk up you need to be extra fit or by bike you need to be a Tour de France winner, so its said it ok to stay for a night before a flight by using taxis to move around especially in hot summer, all the hotels in this tiny town are more or less the same as they need major refurbishment, for good view and quietness this hotel would be better in my opinion.

Lovely location, pool with great view however there is a black old dog staying on the premises that is CHAINED and BARKS all the time including ALL night! This is EXTREMELY annoying and disturbing. Think very carefully before you book to STAY!
