  Just ok

  We had high hopes coming here to enjoy the Green Bay Area with the kids after a Door County trip. The lobby looked very nice and showed promise but then the hotel room smelled very musty and to be honest by the time we all went to bed our noses and throats were a bit irritated. We were thankful we only booked one night. The waterpark doesnt offer much for kids that dont want to go on the 2 large slides (my daughter doesnt like enclosed, dark slides) as the only other slide is the smallest of baby slides. Lazy river was longer than most and then hot tubs are large so those were positives. My kids also liked the arcade but it was similar to most waterpark arcades. Called the front desk for extra pillows and sheets for the sofa sleeper and they sounded like they never had anyone ask for those before and said dont know if Id even have any of that up here. Snack bar in the pool area wasnt open which was inconvenient. We stayed at Blue Harbor on the way up to DC and when comparing the two this was below average

  Stayed for the weekend

  Was disappointed. Our room had dirty bed sheets, floor wasn't vacuumed, very dirty vent in the wall, old bed sheet on the pull out sofa sleeper and room needs cosmetic updates on multiple things. Waterpark was great!

  Family Christmas

  I was very happy and pleased, I was planning a whole family Christmas. Jamie and Joe are the best, Jamie in catering went above and beyond for me. (sorry for the changes I put you through) rooms, meals, etc. made sure all the things I wanted and needed were there. The staff was a pleasure to have waiting on us. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have for my Christmas. Thank You Guys!!!!

  Disappointing, dirty and definitely not Covid safe

  We were here for a sporting event. This hotel definitely does not require masks, in fact as you walk into the hotel you would never know we were in a pandemic. Very few people masked. Upon getting to our room, there was broken cookies in front of our door. The room itself was fine. The overall feeling of the hotel is dirty. After asking the front desk staff about how they are taking precautions to keep people safe, the answer I got was, we dont ask people to wear masks and Im not sure what we are dr extra cleaning methods. I will never stay here again.

  Dirty room

  I usually dont write reviews but after our stay here I thought I needed to. We arrived at 830pm Friday night and the kids were hoping to play at the water park before it closed for the night. Upon arrival to our room we called room service right away. The sheets on the bunk beds were dirty and needed to be changed. The walls in the main room needed to be cleaned. It looked liked dried food on the walls at least that what we hoped it was. The floor was dirty. Needless to say we didnt get to make it to the water park before it closed. The weekend we stayed the outside temps were below zero both days and the room heater could not keep the room comfortable. The water park was great, but I would not stay at the hotel again.
