  Good Price but Below Standard

  . Booked via Agoda Very good rate , below RM 200 for 2 nights without breakfast On Paper , this Hotel looks good In Reality , it needs a refurbishement The room allocated me was facing the main road and I had a partial view of the River Parking is available in front of the hotel or basement Check in in a breeze The Staff here are almost all Malay , I assume this Hotel complies to the Islamic concept , so please show some respect Furniture are quite dated now , upgrade is needed but I can say that upgrade comes with increased price too I did not have Breakfast so I cannot judge the F&B Overall I would say this hotel is good for my price , above that would be expensive though Probably would look out for other Hotels to stay which I think can be found in Malacca so as to compare .

  The room is old, the floor is dirty, the bed sheet is not clean and have a lot of stains. But the room service is quite nice, they clean the place throughly. To be honest, the room is stayable and quite comfy

  OK location but hotel tired

  Booking in was fast and easy. Rooms fair size but tired. Needs good re vamp. Breakfast basic but has egg station. Location was good, right on the river. This is a non alcohol hotel but plenty of bars around. Will stay again as it's convenient low cost hotel.

  Nice views and large rooms

  Check-in was quick, fast elevators. Room was large with good views of the river and the city. Safe box, plenty of closet space, refrigerator, good TV and good Wifi in room. Good towels and lines and comfortable bed. Quiet room. Breakfast was sufficient. Room cleaning is thorough. Furniture might be dated, but it works well for the price. Desk staff is very kind, but lacks knowledge unless you work with manager. Free newspaper, but no adapter for electric outlet available.

  Not too good. Not too bad

  It's kinda okay. Nearby the river and view from room , everything fine. Needs to improve on standard. Needs to be more clean and systematic. Breakfast options are actually bad. Need to improve a lot. It would be great if more vegetarian options are provided. Toiletries kit provided in room are to be improvised
