    Not a good experience

    I stayed in this hotel for three nights. Staff at reception were below average. It seems they changed the room numbers so it was difficult to locate the room. When I entered the room which was on the ground floor a very bad smell was in the room. This was just the beginning. In the night I could hear all the cars in the hotel entrance so could not get good sleep and on top of this the staff were making a lot of noise through out the night. In the morning I wanted to have a cup of tea as they had a kettle in the room but I found that there are no tea bags so I phoned reception. The response which I got was very strange as the man in reception told me we only give it once so you can't have more. Later it was sent to me when I explained I did not have any. Later I came to know that all the rooms on the ground floor have this issue of bad smell. Their coffee shop had only tea and nothing else. The good thing is it is very central so a lot of places around to eat. Overall it was not a good experience and if I have a choice I will not stay there again

    Need to bring Arabic dictionary together

    The toughest part is to communicate with front dest and with room services. No body know any thing. Restaurants are not open 24×7 so better match your time if you have plans to take food at hotel. Overall experience was fine with the quality of rooms are very good could be due to some new construction been done. Fare is quite reasonable. So in my opinion I give it 6/10. Regards.

    Good Value Hotel

    This is a good value Hotel in Tabuk, very well located with friendly staff, and comfortable rooms . Good car parking, very efficient service , Rooms and clean and very comfortable. Will definitely visit here again

    Just a Average

    A wonderful property, latest equipments and Furnitures and everything new there. Golden Tulip slogan is International standards, local flavours but that is not fit for this Hotel and it could be Vice Versa In two days stay I did not see where is the security staff, even at Night , Automatic Door is not working and they fully opened the door , Cat is playing around the hotel and they must implement some pest control activities . Reception staffs are lacking complete set of guest service etiquettes and they should show minimum courtesy to accompany a new client who checked in with them first to show his room, even the Tulip Inn Hotel has two compounds and rooms are very far from the reception and they dont have any courtesy to Guide the customers Hotel Location is the best part and its middle of the city but you will struggle with Car parking as Hotel construction still going on . There is a Wonderful Cafeteria and in House restaurant. but you will not find many choice . I loved the peace, ambient and all but the Menu is simply wretched. You must tolerate with Breakfast what they offer Room service is fast and quick, But I hate the employees knocking the door even though we dont want the service of house keeping etc . I can hear employees knocking the door more than 6 times by shouting House keeping,. Sleeping quality is Okay if you go bed early and get up early, If you have the plan to get up late you cant sleep as Air force training center is near and every five minutes Take Off is going on What I hate that , whilst being checked out they kept me wait till their house keeping guy verify all stuffs are there in side my room as they given me , this is truly awkward and they will give you just one water as compliment despite of your numberless stays with the Hotel and if you take one bottle extra next day , they will charge you SAR 3/- I feel like The Management not putting any effort to review the customer service and feedback, The Rooms, amenities , surroundings are truly best but they are missing the level of customer satisfaction and basic etiquettes

    Very Bad experience !

    A very bad experience, characterized by the following: - Breakfast has barely few options and no available quantities. - Staff are useless and rude ! One of them refused a late checkout because he has a personal leave, so it is not feasible for him - Toilette in the room is very old, and barely maintained, and toilette itself is extremely small. - nothing makes you feel at ease and relaxed. Service is really bad ! Way far from a tulip inn hotel! I wonder ! And I believe you can get something better for the same amount of money to be paid there.
