  Disappointing

  The location of the hotel is very good, there is no specific rooms for non smoking, all rooms are smoking rooms. Staff were not helpful, I booked for king bed and they promise to change the room once it is available. The lady in the reception said to me she will leave a note to change the room, I call again after 3 hours and her colleague told me that he can't change the room because I already used the twins bed room.

  avoid!

  I am staying right now in this hotel for 3 nights, for work. My bed is broken. After one night, I have back pain. I'va asked to change rooms. The guy at the reception was rude, and the first I had, without even a "sorry": we have no rooms available". Well,there a more than 7 rooms available on booking.com Then I take my computer and show him: 2nd version, the room service is praying. 3version after I invited : not before 3 O'Clock Not to say there is no towel in the bathroom, the breakfast time indicated on the room is not right (I could't have one), and it's "some sort of clean". A shame.

  Good location with ample free parking

  This hotel is located in DAMMAM, it is a very quite and peaceful locality. Parking is very easy, ample free parking available and also hotel has parking space as well. The hotel can be described as best deal for the price for the services offered: Bathroom: ok Bed comfort: ok Bed sheets: not ok, needs better cleaning No TV in the room TV only in the hall If they can improve the housekeeping standards, it will be much better. I will stay here again

  Avoid

  I you want get skin rashes just book in this hotel, rude receptionist, they dont care!! I booked for three night and my wife wake me up on 2 am due the skin rashes from the dirty sheets, I checked out and give them the apartment card and they refused to give me the amont of money for remaining days!

  Rude Security Guard with bad attitude & Discrimination towards Indian Travelers

  A very Bad experience So far with this Hotel. After Posting Genuine Review over the booking.com, the Person (+96650 584 58XX) (Due to Security Reason, I am not disclosing the Full Mobile No.) from this Hotel Calling me & said that India is a Very Dirty Place, You have no Level to stay in our Hotel etc, and i had to cut the call because it was useless to argue. I would not suggest to stay in this Hotel. No precautions were taken considering current situation of COVID. They will treat you as if you are a Thief. Strongly recommend not to Visit this Hotel.
