Wonderful two weeks. So glad we picked this hotelFirst of all I'd like to say a big thank you to all of the staff at the hotel. You were all lovely, welcoming, and very professional. Everyone bent over backwards to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There is one thing being nice as part of the job but this was above and beyond the call of duty. We were originally booked elsewhere with Thomas Cook which, for obvious reasons, had to be cancelled. We are so glad we picked this hotel instead and are booked in already for next year all things being equal. We stayed in G block which was perfect for us as we liked to peacefulness of that part of the hotel. The food was lovely and I had something Greek every day which is one of the reasons I go to Greece in the first place. Our particular room was very nice and perfect for us. The cleaning staff cleaned it three times during our stay but we were able to get whatever we needed, clean towels, toilet paper, water, toiletries etc. from reception. To anyone who has complains about not having clean towels or their room cleaned every day, really? Do you wash your towels at home every day? Or clean house every day? I don't think so. The cleaning staff did their very best under the circumstances. So a big thank you to them. Sun loungers were not a problem and if you go down to the beach early enough you can reserve loungers in a section of beach just to the left that is free to Admiral hotel guests. We have now stayed at this end of Tsilivi for 6 years on the bounce. Bars are plentiful on the main drag but we tend to stick to the ones at the Planos end of Tsilivi. Kaliva pub (Theo), as usual, one of our regular haunts. With the Red Apple now moved up to Tragagi, the newly name Madness bar with Angelos and Polly has now had a face lift and is still one of our regular pubs to drink in and has been added to our pubs to visit when we go out to Zakunthos along with My Place (Gianni) opposite the amusements arcade. Of course we made the trip out to the new Red Apple to see Marios and Spiros a number of times during our stay. Another place added to our list of bars is the Jolly Roger with Kostas at the helm. What a great character he is and they do some lovely food including a full English Breakfast with English sausages and black pudding. On some evenings they play games which could result in cash prizes. Well worth a visit.

Tsivili AdmiralI've just returned from a fabulous 9 day break in The Tsvili Admiral Hotel. I found everything about the hotel to be spot on. The food was very good as was all the aspects of the all inclusive package. Our room was very comfortable, clean and in good working order. The A.C. and safety deposit box were free. The overwhelming positive about this hotel is the standard of customer service. The staff here are simply amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they were as friendly as can be. A special mention to Athina on reception that went over her duties so many times to help me, as did the young girl in the bar area, Loretta I think, who was simply fabulous. The actual structure of the hotel is dated, however the interior is spot on. It is ideally situated for the beach(5 minute walk away). It is also close to a large range of bars and restaurants. Its also close to the local bus service that can take you into Zante town. I would certainly return here and I would also recommend it to anyone that was considering a break to Zante. ts a very nice, well organised and well managed hotel. Mark Liverpool.

Brilliant HolidayJust returned from a 2 week break, we recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tsilivi, from the moment we arrived nothing was too much trouble.Athina on reception is such a lovely lady and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing, from arranging wine in our room to organizing a birthday cake, Dimitris is on hand throughout the restaurant along with Maria and most welcoming and friendly, Loretta behind the bar is hard working and nothing again to much trouble even with the covid situation.Magda works so hard cleaning around the pool and chats to all the guest,Rooms are tidy, water available from reception along with extra towels .Food plenty of choice and tasty, puddings to die for, and the tui girls are friendly and helpful.we were here during the "medicane" and all staff kept going in such terrible conditions. We will definitely return to see our lovely friends, stay safe and see you all again soon Kate & Gaz xxx

Excellent family holidayFamily of 4 with 2 teenage boys stayed here for 1 week in august. Hotel COVID secure at all times. Queues for restaurant and bars all socially distanced. Meal times split so never too busy, socially distanced seating in the restaurant. The manager of the hotel oversaw thus at all times. Great variation of food. Great variety of drinks on the all inclusive. All staff in the hotel speak English, they always assist you with a smile, nothings ever too much. Dimitra at the pool bar was great, really friendly, made great toasties. The entertainment for good for the whole week, lots of quizzes and shows. Cleaners were really friendly, always said hello. Assisted you with toilet rolls, pillows etc... if you needed them. Nothing was ever any bother. Free water park entry (great fun) and you could also eat there for free in the evening if you booked in. Free bottled water at the front reception desk if you needed any. Fridge in room which was stocked with water. Rooms massive with a separate dividing section/partition if needed. We had a pole view and sea view. Very quiet at night when sleeping. Would definitely recommend this hotel as we had a brilliant holiday and will return. Thank you everyone for a lovely stay.
