Lovely Location and fantastic staffJust returned from our stay. We had a room with a sea view and jacuzzi - the view was amazing. The room (203) is a little tired and ready for a refresh. Our only gripe with the room was that on or last morning I dropped something on the floor and had to look under the bed for it - it was really filthy under there - had clearly not been swept or mopped for many weeks. i appreciate that there are only two weeks until the end of the season but this lack of cleanliness was unacceptable - hence the reason for only 4 star review. Main restaurant was good - choice, quality and service our only complaint was that the food was often cold. The Al la Carte restaurant was great and also the snack bar near the heated pool - the staff here are fabulous - especially Lorraine - a blond girl who is so helpful. We found all the staff to be very helpful and nothing was too much trouble - even if it wasn't their job we saw members of staff helping out in different areas- fabulous! Message to George - your staff are brilliant and work as a great team - look after them all and value them as they are an asset to the hotel!

Fantastic hotelWe had a week at this hotel just after lockdown #1, as soon as we arrived we knew we made the right choice. The grounds, rooms, pool areas, restaurants were all superb, it didn't feel like we were mid pandemic. The staff were friendly and went over and above at all times. We were very impressed with the quality of the food, both in the restaurant and in the snack bar. We were particularly impressed with the bar staff and waiters around the pool area, working non stop all day, one guy to give a shout out too was the young lad Manuel (as well as Eri and Achilles), very attentive and made sure our glasses were never empty!!! The hotel has a really laid back, beach boutique atmosphere, very relaxing. There were adequate COVID-19 measures in place without feeling to oppressive or ruining the holiday. Excellent location with a range of great restaurants within 10 -15 min walk of the hotel (Zorba, Micro acropolis, Halfway House.) Yours fantastically Donald Holiday

Just what was neededWe were at this hotel the very last week before it closed its doors for end of season, I think it had only just recently opened back up ( about 3 weeks ) due to restrictions been lifted. We had payed for a large balcony room with jacuzzi 224 why the room its self is simply just 1 room and a bathroom ( very basic ) the view of the ocean more than made up for it we were overlooking the pool and the view was just beautiful every morning, we used the jacuzzi on a evening and again views amazing. The hotel itself is very nice and you felt very covid safe, all staff doing a fantastic job especially Lorraine around the pool she is lovely and definitely goes above and beyond always with a smile on her face The hotel was very quiet due to end of season so we felt extremely safe and it was very easy to keep you're distance, we came here just to relax and have a bit of down time and tgat is just what we got. George the manager & all his staff even put on a bbq the last day before us all leaving and it was lovely Our only little niggles were the food was always a little cold in the restaurant nice but cold ( maybe because the staff have to serve you and you're plate gets passed around so sometimes you have to wait a little while ) And our other was the beach, we love the beach and tend to do and all our time on their but we this beach a little disappointing, it's not a very big beach that's not the problem. Everywhere we have ever been in the world on holiday they have cleaned the beach or rubbish everyday, raking the sand, cleaning the beds, tables etc. now I get YOU the holiday maker should always take you're rubbish with you but most people dont or throw their cigarettes on the sand etc there was fruit everywhere out of drinks theres also a little gully at the side off the hotel with stagnant water in which I think may have caused the flies. This little stretch of beach needs a good cleaning I did hear another couple say the beach is usually lovely they do tend to clean it ? Just because its end if season these standards shouldn't be slipping if it's a 5 star hotel. For many people the beach is a big part of a holiday and I think this let's it down. This being a 5 star hotel I couldn't understand why you had to pay extra for room service. I know every hotel is different and maybe weve been spoiled elsewhere but in our opinion I would say it's more a 4 star. We travelled to kos in August just as lockdown was lifted, we payed much less for that holiday and I would say that hotel in our opinion was much better. I understand theres a lot going on with covid but there's no mini bar just water, no tea or coffee facilitys room service but you have to pay we also didnt use the spa as we found the prices very high. Would we go back again ? I wouldn't say no but we like to travel and experience different places theres a whole world out there to enjoy

Lovely hotelWe visited this hotel in August and had a lovely stay here. The hotel itself is great - fantastic pool overlooking the sea, a separate quieter pool, daytime activities, clean and spacious rooms and you can walk straight into town. The app was really helpful in booking the daytime activities as to be honest I probably wouldnt bother looking into them otherwise - Id recommend downloading the app before you go as during Covid you will need this for all of your menus too. We had a fantastic meal in the a la carte restaurant - make sure you book this as soon as you get there as tables go quickly. Covid was handled very well, and the staff, particularly by the pool, worked extremely hard with gloves and masks in 30 degree heat. Id really recommend doing the Shipwreck beach trip - Id say go early or late afternoon as lunch gets very busy. We did venture out the hotel to a family run restaurant wed been recommended to by a few people called The Halfway House - I wish we went there earlier on our stay as the food was delicious and we found the food in the main restaurant of the hotel was pretty average. The Covid system also made it a little awkward to get and choose food from the buffet too but they tried their best under the circumstances. Otherwise, we didnt go out of the hotel too much as we found there wasnt a lot to do other than the one boat trip we went on. If you want a lounger on the pool, Id recommend getting up early, probably 6am, as even though they have signs saying they dont allow people to leave towels on unattended sun loungers people still do. We got one by the pool twice and it was worth it - you get the breeze more from the sea across the pool too. Id also recommend booking lunch in advance - the bar by the pool did a lovely lunch but when we couldnt get booked in we ended up missing lunch two days as the main restaurant had already finished to prepare for dinner. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely return.

Luxury Chill BeautifulI stayed at this beautiful hotel with my daughter. It was our first holiday together and I couldn't have picked a better hotel.I was nervous going away with the Covid but as soon as I arrived at the hotel i felt so safe.Everything is so organised and spotless clean, plenty of space everywhere in the hotel. Social distance was followed along with sanitisation. I liked it so much i have booked again for this year with my husband. Thank you for the brilliant service from all the lovely staff. Tammyjo & Ellie.
