Magic life jacaranda
Fantastic !!! Great food, great entertainment, beautiful hotel & grounds Brilliant animators especially Hakan, Marcelo & Hisham...made our holiday!!! Staff at all bars ,restaurants were brilliant & worked so hard to please. The gardens,pool areas & outside spaces were spotless , as was the whole hotel Safety is their main concern & made sure we used hand gel & gave us new masks before entering any inside restaurant etc Our room was stunning & cleaned thoroughly every day & had Fresh towels & bedding Only stayed for a week but wish it was longer. Cant wait to return ASAP

amazing hotel and staff
What an amazing holiday. Hotel was not only beautiful but spotless. The hotel staff were wonderful and covid measures were of the highest standard. To the entertainments team, i salute you. They worked tirelessy in masks under 40 degrees heat ensuring everybody had a great time and thanks to a fantastic entertainment team my holiday will forever be memorable. Would highly recommend this hotel . Thankyou club magic life jacaranda and entertainment team 2020

From the minute we arrived there till the time we left it was absolutely brilliant, its the safest Ive felt since March, the hotel wasnt full and very safe, the hotel is spotless and the food was beautiful considering it obviously had restrictions due to covid, well what can I say about the staff, everyone was really lovely and very friendly, the animation team were outstanding, will defo be going back but for longer next time, thank u everyone of you at the hotel, keep up the good work and hopefully see you soon

Amazing holiday!!!
Wow, where do I start! This hotel is huge with plenty to do. The waiting staff here are all great and really appreciate basic manners like please and thank you. Lets just say they dont get that a lot from many of the guests! Unknown to me my now fiancé planned on proposing to me at this hotel and the guest manager Ferda was more than happy to help him with this. They were extremely accommodating and as a GIFT they upgraded up to one of the beautiful swim up rooms! The room was decorated with towel models and flowers everywhere! We also got this treatment throughout our holiday with beautifully decorated tables in the a la carte restaurants. Whenever Ferda saw us she would ask us if there was anything we needed and if there was, it would be done immediately. We felt really looked after. We even bought her a big bunch of flowers to say thank you for everything which she was really shocked and grateful for. We had a beautiful photoshoot done by the on site photo team and Candyman spoke very good English, was very nice and produced beautiful engagement pictures for us. He was so polite and always stopped to say hello whenever he saw us. We even went back to request 1 more photo to be taken to complete our album which he was more than happy to do. The food was your standard all inclusive selection but there was something for everyone. The hotel prides itself on looking after cats and they have multiple cat houses around the hotel. Please, if you ever visit here leave a donation in the cat box. This helps greatly with the vet bills. And considering there are so many cats and kittens they appreciate any donation. Overall, this was a fantastic holiday, I became engaged but the staff, especially Ferda, contributed to us having such a lovely time.

Stay to remember and we will return
Wife and myself desperate for a break during this time booked 7 Days here and it is one of the best things we have done . Hotel was at very reduced capacity to ensure all Covid protocols are met . Highly recommended the place , rooms are all high spec and awesome location , awesome beach and entertainment team is awesome.they try and ensure everyone has a good room due to reduced capacity they currently have. Special shout out to night manager Turan , he went out of the way to help us when we had some personal issues . Night time is working all night to sanitise and clean everything. Food is above average but can be improved it is difficult when they are catering for Germans , Russians and British people . Some of items are recurring a bit . Best wishes to the Jacaranda team and look forward to returning in future.
