What it says on the tin: family funWe are just back from a brilliant 10 day holiday at this resort. as other reviews have said, its the staff that really make this place what it is - from front desk to bar to restaurant, all totally lovely, remembered our kids every day, our coffee orders etc, and obviously willing to go above and beyond. Special shout out to our cleaner (Im sorry, I dont have name, but she was cleaning 3104) and the reception staff who found our little boy (aged 3) after he went walk about. They were all so joyful and lovely, he hardly realized anything was wrong ! The kids club is lovely, great staff, varied activities, happy kids. Buffet is great, especially if you like spaghetti every meal (mine do!) . Lots of nice vegetarian fare. Our room (3104) was really nice - very recently renovated, v comfortable bed, stylish furniture, everything we needed. Nice little touches like a resort photographer. Booking of activities and tennis courts etc v easy though their app. Two thing that could definitely be improved: 1) the noise. The music is blaring non stop From 10 am to 11pm both up at the main bit of the hotel (sitting outside the bar you actually have TWO different sound systems shouting at you at same time) and down by the beach. A beach side yoga class was totally ruined by a blink 182 dance remix (???) at full volume during the relaxation. Its totally unnecessary and amounts to noise pollution. I actually had to go for some long walks down the beach just to find some silence. Please please think about having a quiet time until eg after lunch and one or two nights a week. I know some teenagers etc want to party but the majority of the guests are families with young kids. 2) the plastic. Bottles everywhere. No recycling facility. Really awful in 2020. If we go again (and I hope we will) we Will make sure to book a room away from the main noise centres and to take earplugs. But otherwise, a very enjoyable stay. Many thanks to all!

Great HolidayWe spent a week here over the October half term and had a fabulous time. Its true that things are a little different due to coronavirus and the hotel is not 24 hour all inclusive at the moment but I believe that is due to Greek law rather than the hotel itself. The hotel has done a great job of spacing out the sunbeds around the pools and the tables in the restaurant and bars. You also get your temperature checked by reception when you arrive. The hotel was very quiet as it was the last week before they close for winter. In my opinion it is the staff that make a hotel and the staff here are all fabulous, they definitely went above and beyond despite the hotel clearly getting ready for its closure. The kids club was also very quiet considering it was half term in the uk but that didnt stop my 11 year old having a great time - big thank you to Paulina! The family games around the pool were also fab! We have been to several Magic Life hotels and will definitely be back to this one when the madness is all over!

Fantastic!!!!This was a great hotel, all staff so friendly esp damiani in the main restaurant and Anastasia in the wunderbar, they both went out of their way everyday to make us feel special. The beach was beautiful the view was priceless...our suite room was perfect with some special touches I had asked for as it was my partners birthday...the a la carte restaurants were beyond delicious! The Greek taverna esp was so special, we got there for 7pm just in time for the sunset, it was a picture...absolutely made our holiday!! The hotel was clean and not too big which was perfect. Overall we would defiantly recommend this hotel, the food was very good for an all inclusive, and the puddings were beautiful and so tasty! If you like kebabs there was a snack bar at the main pool which served kebab & chips all day or if you wanted fruit and a roll these were available at the beach bar! Something for everyone!!! Dress code was relaxed, you can dress up or dress down...as long as you were covered up in the day time in the main restaurant and not in swimwear alone! There were so many activities to chose from on a daily basis it was great, and the evening entertainment was great, all the reps went out their way to greet you if you saw them. Great hotel!!!!
