Fabulous hotel and staffI can find nothing negative to write about this hotel. Having stayed at many hotels, on package holidays, and as an independent traveller, and stayed at many TUI hotels I can say this is by far the best Ive stayed at. All the staff are fantastic, they seem to pick up easily whether a guest wants to be left alone or to chat, the service is superb. Watching the staff they all gel, and all seem to get on with each other which obviously makes their work place a happy place. The rooms are very comfortable and have beautiful sunrise views, even from bed due to the way the furniture is positioned. The food at meal times is excellent, and as a vegetarian I thought the choice was fantastic. The whole hotel, including pool areas and beach, was spotlessly clean. Hedi, the Assistant Manager, is such a great person, entertaining and friendly, but not overpowering, he clearly loves his job and is very proud of the hotel and the team there. Saber, our waiter in the evening was brilliant, attentive but not pushy. We had a utterly relaxing week, and cant wait to return next year.

FANTASTIC WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMENDMy husband and I visited in October 2019 for 2 weeks the hotel and staff are amazing we can find nothing negative to write about this hotel having stayed in many adult only hotels on package holidays I can say this is by far the BEST we have stayed in. All the staff are fantastic and the service is outstanding especially the pool restaurant staff Mohamed Azouzi was always smiling and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable and have beautiful sunrise views. The whole hotel including the pool area and beach were spotlessly clean never had any issues finding beds. Hedi the assistant manager was fab such a lovely person friendly and entertaining always made me smile you can tell he loves his job and is proud of the hotel. We would definitely highly recommend the couple massage spa well worth the money so relaxing and a great experience. We had a relaxing 2 weeks and we can't wait to return in May 2020 please could we book room 610 if possible and available I can't thank you enough for such an amazing holiday

A superb holidayVery good hotel from all aspects, bedrooms, dining, entertainment, friendliness of staff, helpfulness of staff, easy to get about the hotel for people with mobility problems. We had a room with a swim up pool and our bed was facing the balcony, what a view early morning with the sunshine, and late in the evening with lights in the gardens and a lit up pool! Some hotel staff got up early to see us onto the return coach to the airport. Couldn't fault the holiday, good weather throughout, on the beach, brilliant poolside seating, double loungers with cover from the sun if needed.

FaultlessSo close to perfect.... First of all, the coach ride to the hotel... it is what it is. Tunisia isnt a rich country and I spent my time looking out of the window asking myself if it were a mistake. However, upon arriving at the hotel it looked like a another world. Everything was spotless, the greeting was second to none and the welcome drinks, towels and introductions were carried out pleasantly. Another nicety was not having to wear a wristband. As the whole resort is all inclusive there is no need to wear one. Immediately went through the see the view and the beach.... and it is absolutely stunning. The pools were immaculate. The beach was immaculate... absolute perfection. Once in our room we were again pleasantly surprised, it was larger than we thought it would be. The view was absolutely breathtaking and the bed very comfortable. Now for the first drawback... the shower was a low slung shower head in a bathtub.... it was not flattering grabbing a quick shower. And the bathroom wall Is frosted glass but when stood in the bath privacy is not a word that comes to mind. The buffet food was fantastic.... and was fantastic throughout, especially the desserts. Honestly never seen so much cake in one place! Drinks however... drinks were the second drawback. Trying to get a glass in this resort is like me trying to get Margot Robbie on a date with me ... NOT HAPPENING! You are given childrens plastic cups that my hand dwarfs and any contents are gone in two gulps. When you do get a glass at the dinner table, I suggest holding onto it. I think its their way of restricting how much you can drink. Being an adults only resort I would assume we would be trusted with glass. As for the staff.... can not fault them at all! Every single one of them is friendly, approachable, attentive.... and here is a massive plus point from me....... Middle of the holiday, I was playing beach volleyball, the sand is pristine.... jumped and felt a sharp pain on my toe... turns out there was a large sharp stone under the sand. This is no ones fault, it had obviously been cleared. But anyone could have missed the stone, IT WAS HIDDEN IN SAND ON A BEACH. So I had taken a rather large cut to my foot which decided to bleed profusely everywhere! Before I had said a word to anyone, staff were helping, dressing my foot.... cleaning it thoroughly with iodine to ensure no infection. I also happened to leave a rather expensive pair of sunglasses in the hut where I was being treated and about an hour later, a young lad found me asking if they were mine .... very honest and professional of him rather than simply stealing them. I also find that in some places in the world, ladies are often treated with, less than the respect they deserve, not the case here. All members of staff were extremely respectful to my other half and were always polite and attentive. As far as All inclusive goes. Between my partner and I, we spent a total of £30 whilst away... on some games to mess about in the pool with, so dont expect to have to take spending money. We also took a walk along the beach.... and soon realised that this resort is by far the nicest place in Sousse. If I had been able to get a decent sized beer in a glass, and have a shower stood up without looking out of my window this would easily have been a 5* review.

Perfect holiday, perfect hotel! :)We spent one week at this hotel in September 2019 and the only thing that comes to my mind regarding this holiday is PERFECTION :) The room was very clean and cozy and we sometimes found in the room when we came back form the beach small gifts from the hotel, like some flowers, chocolate, a bottle of wine etc. A disadvantage that we had was that the rooms was the last one on the hallway, so we sort of had half sea view. Also, since the room was the last one, the cleaning lady reached our room around 4 pm, when we came back from the beach, so it was a little uncomfortable. We had to decline her service some days. The pool area was very clean, spotless to say so, with a lot of places to stay. Also, the aerobic activities were very nice and funny. Thumbs up to the entertainers. The beach area is quite big, with nice beds and umbrellas and very important point, very safe. Guys were patrolling along the way and also they had very nice guard dogs. The best part of the hotel is the food, which was literally AMAZING. It is an all inclusive resort and what i can say is that the quality of the food services is one of the best i ever saw in a hotel. You feel like eating like a queen :) Overall, a perfect holiday in a perfect hotel!
