  Absolutely Fabulous!

  Wasnt sure that the hotel could live up to the reviews on here but it really does! Book it you will not be disappointed!! Room Lovely room (1314 Ground floor room, balcony gets sun in the morning and evening). Clean and spacious, very comfy bed, plenty of storage (drawers and hanging), lots of sockets (including USB very handy). Aircon worked perfectly. Loved that we could request extra blankets, pillows, towels, hangers via the app. Reported a stuck plug in the sink, fixed within 10 minutes. Bathroom had loads of space for all my toiletries and makeup and the lighting was excellent. Our room was serviced very day, we got some lovely towel art from Femidaye. Food and Drink There is no reason to go hungry whilst staying at this Hotel! From the moment you get up to the moment you go to bed, there is food available to suit all tastes. There are omelettes at breakfast made fresh to your taste, vegan options, healthy options, fresh bread, fruit, ham, cheeses, waffles, pancakes, beans, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, smoothies, fresh squeezed juice, health wateryou get the picture!. Multiple choices at Lunch and Dinner always at least two types of fresh fish, many meat choices, fantastic salads, pasta, curry, fresh pizza, Turkish specialities, fresh French fries etc. honestly the best AI buffet I have ever experienced. Special shout out for the grilled prawns (amazing) and the filet mignon (never seen that on an AI buffet before) the food here is top notch! Tried the red and white house wines, both very good. Almost forgot to mention the many different types of cake for dessert at lunch and dinner if you like Baklava you will not be disappointed J although to be the fair the other cakes I tried were fantastic too !! Beach BBQ was lovely, excellent choices of typical freshly cooked BBQ fare. Also the Al a Carte was fantastic made a nice change to choose from a menu and have your meal served to you service here was excellent. Loved the afternoon coffee and cake, also the fresh cooked gozleme, fab ice cream and frozen yoghurt. Tried the sandwiches from the 24 hour grab and go for our return journey to the UK these were fabulous too! Tried all of the AI cocktails all very good with my favourites being the Gin Basil Highball and the Espresso Martini. There are international spirits available at additional cost, but we didnt try them no need to in my opinion. Pool Loved the large well maintained pool, plenty of space to float on a lilo, or play bat and ball without impacting other guests. 5 slides in a separate area of the pool excellent fun for children and adults alike. Plenty of sunbeds/shade for all not sure if this would be true when at full capacity though?. Could change pool towels once a day and bottled water available at all times. Staff constantly cleaning the area and ensuring that sunbeds were disinfected as required. Childrens pool and play areas looked clean and well maintained the kids I saw playing there looked like they were having fun!! Activities/Fitness special shout out to Alona and Cidric (hope I have spelt that right) for the exercise classes punishingly hard :~ but delivered with a smile and humour, which engaged all guests. Never thought I would get up early on holiday for Yoga and Pilates but I did and I loved it. Our party also took part in the Step and Jumping Fitness classes, tried Archery (twice), Boccia and Windsurfing (at a small cost of 5euros pp). All excellent fun!! I didnt use the gym personally but 2 of our group did it had all the necessary equipment and was clean and well maintained, as was the outdoor fitness equipment. Entertainment There is not much in the immediate vicinity of the hotel in terms of bars/restaurants/clubs, which makes quality evening entertainment important. I am not normally a fan of shows put on in hotels but the ones we saw were entertaining and fun with an element of thrill and danger. Live music in The Bar was provided by a variety of live singers/bands/guitar solos again all excellent. There is a DJ set on some nights until 12 ( all music to be off by then in Turkey at the moment) played some top tunes which really matched the ambience/vibe. There is kids entertainment on also, but as a party of 4 adults we cant comment on these really! Covid 19 It was reassuring to see the staff constantly cleaning and all wearing masks even in 35 degree heat - the hotel are taking Covid seriously. As a guest the only requirement was to wear a mask in reception and the restaurant when selecting food (could remove mask at table as you would expect) this was no hardship at all. Did not feel threatened by the virus at any point - felt safer there than in the UK. Gardens The Gardens here are stunning, I particularly liked the veg patch near the restaurant and that there are signs all around for different trees, shrubs etc. The floodlit palms along the walkway to the pool/restaurant/bar area are extremely effective. Again, everywhere clean and well maintained. There is a cat café for the hotels resident cat families and it was nice to see the cats well fed mostly they are a friendly bunch and appreciated the love and fuss from guests (some are a bit shy). Staff The Staff here works so hard to make sure everyone has a good time, all pleasant, smiling, helpful. We favoured a specific part of the restaurant to make sure we were served by our favourite waiter (a lovely man, didnt get his name but everything is awesome!). The entertainment staff are always happy and smiling and I did notice how much some of the kids who had been in kids club seemed to love the staff who worked there always a good sign! The cleaning staff work so hard always soap, toilet paper and paper towels in all the facilities and always clean. The manager here has pulled together a top team that delivered an excellent holiday for us under difficult conditions. Very well done Tui Blue Palm Garden!!

  Fantastic hotel and staff

  We recently returned from a week's stay, all we can say is THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF for a wonderful holiday. From the welcome we first received when we arrived until the coach came to take us back to the airport the staff were warm, friendly and attentive. Every staff member our whole stay greeted us pleasantly, they reflect the standard's of this hotel throughout. The cleanliness around the hotel and grounds were excellent it made everyone feel safe. They seem to have thought of everything and the attention to detail was amazing. Especially all the covid measures from temperature checks on arrival and if you left the hotel and before coming back in, to hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel and grounds. Every staff member wore face masks inside and outside and social distancing was in place and observed everywhere. There was a great choice of food and drink including barbecue night which was very good and the way all the service was organised was faultless in their safety measures. There was also a wide range of classes to do. A BIG thanks has to go Tugberk (Toby) for the autogenous and archery ckclasses and for putting a smile on our faces with all his enthusiasm in everything he did around the hotel. The design of the hotel and grounds were stunning. We have already booked for next June for 2 weeks cannot wait. Once again thank and best wishes to all the staff in this challenging times.

  Beautiful place, beautiful people!

  Fantastic place, great food, great animators - especially Gamze and Tuberg great people that have made our stay even better, I would be very disappointed if I was to visit again and not see them there! All around, nice and clean. Would highly recommend going there and will definitely be back again some time.

  Amazing!

  We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks from September 28th to October 12th. Believe all the other reviews because this is genuinely one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It was our wedding anniversary and my birthday during our stay. We had been booked in to the bbq restaurant on my birthday and treated to a bottle of fizz. Table decorations were lovely and made it a memorable occasion. For our anniversary there was a bottle of wine and a beautiful bouquet of flowers left in the room. Rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Comfy bed and good shower. Food was excellent and plenty of choice. Good quality ingredients too, fillet mignon, roast lamb, whole sea bass etc. Lots of healthy options and vegans /vegetarians catered for. Pool area lovely and like that you can get fresh towels, chilled water and ice cream. We treated ourselves to the day beds 3 times and loved it! Husband tried the archery several times and went para sailing. We did the speed boat trip to Side which was good fun. I honestly can't think of a single negative to this hotel and would definitely return in the future.

  Great surprise trip

  When you arrive the staff keep your luggage outside and sterilise everything which is a great touch. They have Turkish tea to welcome you and check in was quick. Everything is clean and modern. However when we arrived to our room it was two single beds pushed together and wasteland for a view, on the ground floor. We had requested an upper level. The next day we were moved across the road to an upper level room with a proper double bed which was much better. The rooms are all clean and modern. The bathroom was the same. There are no irons, you have to pay for an ironing service, which is about £7 per shirt. They do not give you a receipt or copy of the clothes you hand over, so you do have to give your items in good faith that everything is returned. They refused to provide a receipt which did confuse us. Top tip, you must download the app STRAIGHT AWAY and book your one free a la carte meal and BBQ, or you wont get it. The BBQ was fantastic so try and book this ASAP. Theres a good amount of activities for adults and children including dance classes, fitness classes, archery etc. The night time entertainment is good, but youll need to arrive 30 minutes before if you want a seat. Perhaps even earlier if youre a family. The food is fantastic and theres a lot of choice and breakfast lunch and dinner. The staff serve you behind screens which I think is brilliant as you often see so much food wastage at buffets. The alcoholic drinks are very limited so although its all inclusive, I think its fair to say its only all inclusive to a degree. The WiFi only really works in your room and switches off quite a lot. They advertise that Netflix and speakers are available in your room which has not been true for both the rooms we stayed in. Obviously not a deal breaker but might be more inconvenient if you were expecting both of those things for young children. We wouldnt have chosen Turkey as a destination in normal circumstances but we had a really lovely time, and would highly recommend for families.
