    Amazing , clean hotel

We were the last coach to be at the hotel during this lockdown , first time at the hotel and wont be the last , we was greeted on a late arrival due to dealt with tui and offered food before checking in which was kind , the staff here are brilliant , there is nothing to much trouble we had a upgraded room with a pool but forgot you really need the sun to heat it up so 2nd day asked reception to move and they was more than happy to change our room with no problems at all , the food was lovely and during these times you got served but was no problem at all , this was the cleanest, friendliest adults only me and the wife have been to anywhere and we have travelled to many , we will be back when its all open again as the views , rooms and staff make this place amazing and would recommend this to anyone see you again soon

Nice hotel, shame about the unheated swimming pools!

First time visiting Kos, what a wonderful place. The hotel was in a good location for exploring the town. The hotel was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The food was always very good, there was a good variety to choose from, and we felt it was to a high standard. The restaurant Manager was very charming, and went out of his was to make sure everyone was being looked after. Our room was very nice and we were over the moon when we saw the private pool that we were to share with three other rooms, unfortunately our excitement was short lived when we tried to use it and found it was the temperature of a plunge pool, freezing and totally unusable! I felt very sorry for people who had paid a premium for their own private pool, complete waste of money as they are unusable. We would see over the hedges at the rooms next to ours and nobody used the private pools, we did here people daring each other to brave a swim, it certainly wasn't a pleasure to try. The two main swimming pools were the same, very few people used them whilst we were there in October. I thought it strange when we arrived that every sun bed was taken around the main pool and yet the beautiful and inviting swimming pool was empty. We met a couple who knew the hotel well, and they said that the pools originally used to be heated until Tui took over ownership. I did ask the hotel Manager about this , I didn't get an answer. I asked if the pools had the infrastructure to be heated, and had it been turned off when Tui took over to save money. He said I don't know anything about that and the hotel is not advertised as having heated pools. Unfortunately it massively impacted out holiday experience. I don't really enjoy sunbathing but I do love a swim, it was just too unpleasant in the pools. The sea was cold but actually warmer. I agree with the other guest who felt the smoking arrangement was unacceptable. My husband suffers with Asthma, and relaxing in the bars in the evening breathing in other peoples second hand smoke was not fun! The Vapes are no less unpleasant by the way, to those people who felt it was ok to do so in the covered areas!

Back again, 3rd time cant wait for the 4th

Firstly this review is late as there was a software issue. Well, where do we start, firstly we were one of the lucky ones that managed to go on holiday this year. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left we were Covid safe and never an issue here. We arrived and were told we could take our masks off which was a blessing as worn for the duration of our flight. Was so lovely to be greeted by Sofia and Enias, really was just like going back to home abroad. Check in Covid safe, spotlessly clean, plenty of hand sanitiser etc, our room was as wed requested and again spotlessly clean, we really had no concerns whatsoever, this was throughout our stay. The restaurants were Covid safe and the buffet restaurant policed for safety, we personally thought this was a better idea in general and to be honest this year people will have learned a lot from and adopted new practices etc in turn benefitting the hotel and clientele and saving money etc for the better. From the cleaners to the Managers here they ALL deserve the respect and credit for such a wonderful hotel they run, we cannot wait to go back a 4th and 5th time already sorted for 2021 and 2022, we cannot praise them enough. We really dont know how anyone can write reviews on trip advisor that are so negative and critical, Enias walks the site daily numerous times a day every day, you cannot miss him, with his white hat and the fact he speaks to everyone, if you have an issue speak to them whilst youre there, dont wait to return and then do on here, that isnt fair and doesnt give them a chance to rectify. Thank you for making our 2020 holiday fab as always, we certainly needed our holiday after the last few months so busy working throughout the pandemic. All the staff are fab, thanks Enias you run a fabulous house, thank you Konstantinos, Leo, Hans for keeping us hydrated in the day / evenings with our English gin and tonics!! thank you Antonis you are amazing, thank you Stefanos for making us feel so at home, Sofia, Themis, Irene, Georgious the list could go on. If you are thinking of going here although we shouldnt say it as therell be no room for us!, dont just think it book and go, youll love it, dont listen to the negative reviews! Yamas see you in 2021, love to you all, stay safe

    5-Star Honeymoon!

We actually stayed back in September 2019 for our honeymoon, but Id forgotten to upload our review that I wrote. It may be 15 months later but the resort has stuck in my mind ever since! Well, what can I say. I am writing this on the way home from Kos, and speak for myself and my husband when I say we want to go back already! We couldnt find a single fault with this gorgeous resort! We arrived late in the early hours of Thursday Morning; later than we hoped as our flight was delayed. We ended up getting to the resort at gone 3am. Our arrival set the tone for the rest of the holiday; a fresh cold flannel, a glass of juice and a sandwich. Check in was easy and quick, name on the desk was super friendly and informed us we had been given an upgrade to their executive suite with private garden and jacuzzi! We were whisked away in a golf buggy by a lovely gentleman to our room! When we stepped inside we were gobsmacked. The room was designed impeccably and the bed was very comfortable. The garden was very private and the jacuzzi was perfect. We made sure we went in for an hour every evening! We were very impressed with the food the whole week! Every day there was something different to choose from at dinner. They also do themed nights; Greek night, Seafood night, etc, which are also great! Our favourite place to eat was Anemos Beach Bar, who served up a delicious bbq lunch every day between 1 and 3. Absolute favourite place to eat and have a drink after a morning at the beach! The staff were friendly and the food freshly cooked in front of you! We spent many a day at the beach, and had absolutely no problem getting a sun lounger each day! It was lovely and warm but never overbearing as there was always a gentle breeze. There was a good selection of drinks and some nice cocktails to choose from. You never waited long to be served which was a bonus! The grounds of the hotel are breathtaking; we woke up one morning early to catch sunrise and it was one of the best ones weve seen. Stunning! You are allowed one al a carte per week/stay. You can choose from the culinarium or meltemi Italian restaurant. We chose the culinarium, however also ate at the Italian restaurant on the last night of our stay. Both restaurants were good, however the culinarium pips the post as it is absolutely superb! The staff were friendly and attentive and the food was absolutely gorgeous. Aside from the upgrade, which I assume was due to it being our honeymoon, we also celebrated my husbands birthday during our stay. Once they caught wind of this, the staff went out of their way to make the day very special! Housekeeping, who had been leaving towel art in the form of animals all week, had put together a towel cake on the bed when we arrived back from the beach, along with a card, balloons, banners and petals on the bed! It truly was a lovely surprise! Upon returning from dinner that evening we were also surprised to get back to a birthday cake and a bottle of champagne on ice in our room! The staff really do go above and beyond to make your stay extra special! A few shout outs in particular! The gentleman on reception on our arrival was an absolute asset to the resort. Unfortunately I didnt catch his name. His friendly face and approachable personality on arrival was enough to put your mind at ease straight away! Melissa and Giorgis who were our servers at dinner and breakfast were outstanding! We hope to see them again when we return next year! Adrianna at the quiet pool Greco cafe who served us up chocolate crepes, toasties and drinks every day was delightful! And finally, a big shout out to Stefanos, the manager who oversees the food/all restaurants in the resort. He was an absolute gent, who took us under his wing through the week. He makes the best souvlaki! He went out of his way to make our stay very special indeed and couldnt do enough for us the entire stay! He is a perfect fit for the job and his hospitality is world class. Check out was at 12pm but we were allowed to stay and use the facilities all day; they made sure we had enough to eat before our early morning flight, and even booked us in for a shower at 6pm in the changing/shower room at reception! Overall, we could not fault this beautiful resort at all, and we are already planning on coming back for our first anniversary. It was home away from home. Set in beautiful grounds, with plenty to do, and the staff second to none, we had the most fantastic honeymoon we could have wished for! If it wasnt for the pandemic we would have already returned and hope to do so sometime in 2021. I really hope this resort stays open despite the difficulties this industry is facing, as it is truly a little gem.

    Booked again for 2021

This hotel is one of the best in the TUI Blue range, so book with confidence. The staff are clearly this hotel's main asset, thanks to Fotini, Eleni and Agata for adding a special touch to our holiday. Sadly, prosecco is not included on the AL list, but Manager Stefanos ensured I had a prosecco each evening, thank you. TUI,please could you ensure that this hotel's budget allows for a sparkling wine or prosecco to be included in the AI package,as it is available in other comparable TUI All Inclusive hotels. Sarah, the TUI rep was informative, cheerful, eager and happy to share her extensive knowledge of Kos, which was very much appreciated.
