  Fabuloso!

  La ubicación del hotel y sus vistas son ideales. Las instalaciones nuevas y bien cuidadas (todo limpísimo). Las habitaciones constan de todas los comodidades posibles. Todo el personal es muy atento, pero en especial el personal de recepción (hablan en español y te facilitan todas las gestiones) y el personal del comedor (sobretodo Arturo). Ha sido una estancia de 10!

  Fantastic holiday, amazing views!

  We spent 7 nights at this hotel a the beginning of August and can say it was pretty much perfect if what you are looking for is an all inclusive holiday. The customer service provided by the staff was outstanding and always delivered with a smile. We started our holiday with an issue with the air-conditioning in our room and assistance was sent immediately. When we were passing the reception desk the next day, they recognised us immediately and asked us how it was that day and whether we were happy. The hotel was immaculate and we felt very safe given Covid-19. The hotel have clearly had to adapt their offerings due to the pandemic, particularly with the buffet. Pointing out what you would like to eat seemed a little strange at first but the serving staff took it all in their stride and remained calm and on top of things. The food is your typical all-inclusive buffet standard but nice, lots of choice and plenty of supply. We were really impressed with the all inclusive drinks on offer, although local spirits the cocktails were excellent and again service excellent. The pool bar drinks weren't quite as good but you could always pop to the bar in the main hotel to grab a drink and enjoy the views up there! If you like good views then this hotel is the one for you! We never tired of the many places to watch a beautiful sunset. We were contacted on the last part of our break to see if we wanted to upgrade to a swim up pool room for two nights. It was 50 Euros extra a night but totally worth it. We didn't make use of the spa, but passed through to collect fresh beach towels and can say it was very tempting to book a treatment! The only small negatives I would say are that if you like have a break from the all inclusive meal offerings, the hotel isn't very near to Makarska - where the largest range of shops and restaurants can be found. Taxis to and from Makarska cost us about 300 Kuna, about £60 round trip. The other is that we felt the communal pool area was a little 'tired'. The pool itself is lovely and clean and loungers were fine but the area surround the poolside could be a little more inspiring to fit the quality of the rest of the hotel! Thank you to all the staff at the hotel for a beautiful stay. This hotel has everything you need and we hope to return one day!

  Great stay

  Everyrhing was exceptional. Location is perfect. You can relax by the pool or you can get down to the beach. The views from the restaurant are amazing. Staff was very friendly and always there for you. We got a free upgrade to the room with sea view and that was a really nice suprise. :) Food was excellent and various. Room was spacious and clean. You have game room where you can play table football, billiards, air hockey and darts. We had a wonderful stay. :)

  A taste of Paradise

  From entering reception to checkin, to the moment we left, we could not fault or criticize the hospitality, cleanliness, quality and experience of a holiday that will always be remembered and cherished. The staff were more than that to us, they were like an extended family and went above and beyond their requirements to make us welcome and relaxed. In a difficult time for everyone with regards to corona, they remained professional, and despite the restrictions they were against, made what some would see as a bad situation, and turned it into a magical and memorable stay. No matter what time of day or night, the welcoming warmth and feeling of love remained the same throughout at the pool bar and mojito bar. We have nothing but admiration and love for Michelle, Filip, Zeljka, Christina, Ivan and Ivan. They brought extra sunshine to our already sunny holiday and laughter and memories we will never forget The food was exceptional and we visited the al a carte restaurant twice over the week we were there (had our first reservation been before our 5th day, it would have been more). Culinary Chef Matej and restaurant Chefs Buda and Dalibo should have a Michelin Star rating with their passion, presentation, attention to detail, quality and service provided. After what was an emotional goodbye and before we had even reached Split airport to fly home we were already looking at booking in for next year. If you want a taste of paradise and a feeling of belong, this is the place to be.

  Absolutely fabulous

  The good: The hotel is well kept, clean and modern. The staff were amazing - always helpful, always friendly and always professional. If you're visiting you should absolutely get the all-inclusive package both because the food is great as well as because there's pretty much no restaurant around. Each meal has a huge selection of food, both cooked in the kitchen as well as in front of you and the deserts were out of this world. There's also an a la carte restaurant which isn't included in the all inclusive package but is well worth the extra cost as the food is brilliant. I also recommend getting a room with a sea view as the view is phenomenal. The bad: - The all inclusive wasn't really all inclusive as you pretty much only had one choice of each alcohol type included and all the others you had to pay for. I can understand not including top shelf drinks but there should at least be some variation. - There are over 200 steps from the beach to the lobby so if you're not comfortable with this it's best to give this place a miss. All in all it was an amazing experience and we're already looking to go back next summer.
