  atentos porque son muy rápidos quedandose con tu dinero

  no he llegado a saber cuales son las ventajas o desventajas de este hotel ya que tuve que cambiar las fechas de mi viaje, eso sí, avisando con más de una semana de antelación y, qué ocurrió? que me han cargado 40 £ por haber hecho la reserva. Deben ser las ventajas de estar en un "acogedor" B&B con flexibilidad nula.

  Disappointed

  Arrived at 8 just as lady was locking up, had said we may be later as travelling but no phone call to check where we were en route - not sure what would have happened if we had missed her!! Room was behind restaurant on ground floor, very small and not very clean, massive cob web in corner and light bulbs blown. Could hear every noise above us and woken up early by setting up of breakfast, sorry owners but disappointed and we would have been returning guests

  Disappointing

  I booked Tudor Grange as it offered facilities for disabled guests. I don't think so. I had great difficulty getting my Husband and wheelchair into the porch and then into the hall. Once I had done that and received the key I tried to get him into the bedroom. With a struggle I manged to get the wheelchair into the doorway and that was far as I could get it. I had to leave the wheelchair in the porch. When we entered the room it was very dark as the curtains were closed and the window was so high I couldn't reach to open the curtains properly so we had to have a light on all the time we were in the room. I specifically booked a ground floor bedroom because there would be no steps as my husband has difficulty with climbing stairs only to find that there was a step into the shower room. There was no wardrobe, just four hooks on the wall. I found the room a bit depressing. The shower room was on the small side and the 'hot' water, after running it for some time came through warm. The one good thing about the room was that the beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast was good. There was a choice of a full English which was nice and hot or a continental. The builfing itself is lovely but I found it a little unwelcoming inside. We wouldn't stay there again.

  Anniversary trip

  Got to the hotel and had a lovely welcome from the lady on reception. She got our keys promptly and showed us to our room. We stayed in room 10. Lovely location in the hotel, road a little noisy but what's to be expected with an old home. The bathroom was a wonderful and the bath was a nice deep size. The four poster bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Breakfast was great, good variety of hot and cold foods with ample tea and coffee. Car park didn't cost us anything as we booked direct with the hotel which was the same price as these booking sites but saving £7.50 per night for carparking is a bonus. Good base to explore the area. Loved our stay. Staff very helpful and attentive to our needs and any issues we had.

  Beautiful Hotel /Bed breakfast

  Lovely place.. Spotless... Excellent breakfast each morning eat what you can... Close to everything.. staff were very friendly always willing to help and always smiling.. would highly this place... The only thing I could fault this place for is its WiFi in the bedroom no signal what so ever but sure not the end of the world... Would be more than happy to stay here again if I was to return to Bournemouth..
