  Rude Host, Worst ever experience, Rent at your own risk

  Even thought the facilities are adequate, the owner is rude and impolite. Very poor location. Hot water was NOT provided throughout the entire stay, we had to pay extra (with our own money) for a shower in a nearby hotel. Rent this place if you hate hot shower. Friendly reminder, checkout time is 10am sharp.

  new, luxury house, nice host

  The house was big, wooden floor, well decorated and clean. There are parking space just in front of the house. The equipment in the house was great, gave us warm and comfortable stay, wish to stay there longer. Suitable for a group of 5-10 people with elderly, no steps or stairs. The host was nice, recommend to buy melon from his restaurant as it not expensive and big.

  Beautiful villa in Furano

  The 3 bedroom villa was great for my family of 7. Everything was very clean. The host was not the friendliest when we arrived early to try to check-in. But he did allow us to use the bathroom quickly and drop off our luggage. Later, he also moved all of our luggage to the villa in advance. Even though he doesn't smile, he does his job just fine. The one complaint I have about the place is the poor wifi in the morning and at night. During the day, in the afternoon, wifi is fine but I think when all guests are in their respective rooms and using wifi, then wifi at the villa just doesn't work. It was quite frustrating at times. Location was okay but you definitely need a car to get around Furano if you are staying here.

  Nice apartment, helpful host

  Convenient two bedroom apartment, friendly and helpful host. Excellent for family accommodation - I brought three kids on a Dad only trip. Hiro-san provided timely shuttle services each day to the Furano ski area (Kitanomine is should open in a few days, but were off), and also provided shuttle to the supermarket in Furano town to stock up on essentials. Walking distance to several restaurants, a Harros for ski rental, 7-11 for supplies and that all essential ATM. The apartment itself is clean, nicely appointed, and spacious. Internet is trouble free - good for Minecraft parties. Would happily come back next season.

  Excellent stay

  We stayed here recently as a couple whilst on a ski trip and loved apartment 9 upstairs with a view from the bedroom window. The host Hiro was lovely but some extra info in the rooms would be great. Where to eat, taxi number, where to shop and other attractions to see in the area. It is an easy walk to Seven 11 and a few restaurants as well as the gondola station. A longer walk to supermarkets but ok. Unfortunately the bed is very hard and extra pillows would be appreciated. We would definitely stay again
