  Excellent Service in Central Location

  I booked a single room through Agoda, arrived very late after walking & moving with Luggage under heavy rain with my daughter inside Tsukuba University Campus, as her room was not ready yet, it was Friday late afternoon and they promised by Monday. The General Manager Mr. Yamada was at the front desk he was very efficient & professional in containing our situation (room change from Singe to Twin by surprise) and as well we reached a good agreement on the supplement to be paid. Hotel is OLD but CLEAN. Decoration is very old really needs renovation. Service was EXCELLENT. Room has New Beds with new pillows with some stones on one side & fiber on the other. TV is only Japanese. Bathroom inside the room is very TINY i.e. Aircraft size with Japanese Wash Basin. Coffee (2 hot & 1 cold) & Tea (2 types) are offered free of charge 24X7 through a Coffee Machine with a lot of Milk & Sugar. I reviewed the breakfast Buffet it was all Japanese, so did not try. Hotel is located in front a very famous shopping mall called LALA Gardens, 2 minutes away from Mc Donalds and other fast food. Also I knew that some good foods are offered in the food courts at the Lala Garden mall. Hotel is 20 minutes walk away from the Central Bus Station & Metro/Express. Hotel is offering Free of Charge bus ride to Center upon your request. You can walk back or if tired a Taxi will cost 820 Yen by meter (which starts at 730 and 90 yen increment). There is a shopping mall at the center where AEON (the Hypermarket Chain) has a nice big branch where you can buy all food, kitchen, furniture, household, garments, medicines, even bicycles. Prices are the BEST among other shops & delis. WiFi has very strong signal everywhere as they have Router in every room, signal ranges between 300 Mbps down to 180 during congestion. Housekeeping is very efficient, as some days I stayed for coffee downstairs and the room will be ready in 20 minutes with everything done right. Room price was very moderate & I definitely recommend the hotel & will stay there again on my next visit.

  Another Successful Stay

  It was another excellent successful stay in the hotel. The Wifi service was improved than earlier. They added more vending machines in the lobby. They improved the Sanitary at the rooms, my room had a WashLet Toilet with electrically controlled water washing faucet (please review the photos). Also they have added a Self Service Water Kettles for in room Tea & Coffee (please review attached photos). The lobby is still serving the Free of Charge Coffee Machine & Tea complementary on house.
