  Good staff, shocking food and no facilities for kids/teenagers

  Went here fully inclusive in Oct 2019. Hotel staff and cleanliness very good.  Pool area nice and clean.  Bad points are, The hotel has plenty of space yet NO pool tables, pingpong tables or machines for children/teenagers. The all inclusive package is very very poor. The pool side bar gives out drinks but in half full half pint plastic cups, 1 mouthful and it has gone.  The meal food is terrible, really poor choice and really poor quality/taste. As for the daily snacks they were sooooo bad, you couldnt order any at bar and had to go searching to find sausages the size of a thumb, stale chips and a spring roll if lucky. Ice cream choice (no choice just one option) a banana chocolate coated ice lolly.  Poolside cocktails were acceptable but that is it.

  FAB LOCATION GREAT HOLIDAY

  We were 4 Adults and stayed at this hotel Sept 2019 , This hotel is in a great location ,Turn Left brings you to the Strip were there are lots of bars & restaurants with Live Tribute Acts which is good atmosphere (we liked the Ghetto & Sphinx which is approx 3 min walk ) Bells Cocktail Bar was fab too. Turn Right if want a quieter time and have drinks with the beach & sea views. Food at the hotel is quality and plenty something for everyone . Rooms are clean and towels are changed every day (we asked for extra pillows & hangers arrived with 10 mins, problems with the safe but again within 10 mins it was sorted ), nothing is too much trouble just ask. Staff are so friendly and helpful and they all work very hard day & night . Overall lovely hotel and would go again. Tips = Email hotel and ask for a pool view /sea view they gave us what we requested. Also for 10 euros deposit you can hire beach towel (we changed ours everyday ) then at the end of your stay hand back you receipt and get your money back Fantastic Idea . Beach 2 x Sun Lounger with Brolly are only 7.50 euros really good value Boat Trip excellent value 10 euros for 3 hour trip with Dolphin Submarine We had never been to Cyprus before but will definatley be booking to go again

  Great stay, good for all insclusive

  Staff - generally good attitude and all staff speak good English. Room - very nice room, clean and fresh. Not a noisy hotel. It is in the centre of Protaras. It is probably a 60 second walk from the main strip/restaurants so it's far away enough not to hear noise but close enough to have many amenities on your doorstep. Cleanliness - all areas very clean. Food and drink - good. Food is basic but nice. There are lots of choice and it is served buffet style. We went all inslusive so we could have pool cocktails and the cocktails were lovely. I had so many tequila sunrise's that my head spun so would recommend that one but it's all down to personal choice. Price - reasonably priced. We booked a package holiday from the UK and it was around £800pp for 10nights all inclusive here, including the flight and transfers.

  A little bit of heaven in Cyprus :)

  Visited Tsokkos Beach Hotel, Protaras in October 2018 for my Best Friend of 25 years' Wedding. The first time I have been abroad, so nothing really to compare to, but I thought it was amazing. I travelled with my Dad and we had a two single beds jn a room on the third floor and it didn't disappoint! The beds were larger than a UK size single bed size and were divine and comfy! The room was clean, large and airy. We had a partial sea / pool view with a balcony and chairs and the bathroom had a monsoon shower which was amazing, as was the air-con. We were half board and the food was nice and plentiful. The beach is a short stroll away and there is a little shop opposite the hotel where you can get a UK newspaper and other bits if you wish. I only wish the pools were warmer, we travelled in October, so the weather was only about 23c, I can imagine a cold pool in the mist of summer in Cyprus is very welcoming though. Lol The main strip is a short walk away and was bustling in the evening, even in October. The staff were welcoming, polite and courteous. Thank you for making my holiday of a lifetime a brilliant one.

  Great hotel!

  Weve stayed here 7 times over the last 3 years. We usually go away together as a group of 14, so having a hotel that caters to us all is a must and I can say the Tsokkos beach always does. This year (June 2019) we stayed here again all inclusive and had a fantastic stay, rooms were spotless and cleaned almost every day. The restaurant manager made sure we had our own reserved big table for every meal which was amazing. The reps were great and got us involved in everything and the kids adored them, unfortunately they were gone by the time we returned in September due to Thomas cook. My one fault with the hotel is not having enough child friendly food at tea times. They had a great selection at lunch and afternoon snacks but nothing in the evening accept chips. Other than that they made us feel really comfortable and we always feel welcome and we are booked to come back in June (2020).
