  It was bad for me and my family

  The cabin that we used was far from reception and the pools.This was a problem because we had a child who needed to swim.There was no Wi-Fi in the cabin and it was only at reception that you had to drive to get there.

  Our customer experience

  What a stunning location! We were absolutely blown away driving through the gates, through the lush trees to the most gorgeous view of the ocean, driving past the horses with a mountain view back drop..Heaven! We were however overwhelmed by the 8 dogs who also welcomed us. We booked the pet friendly self catering unit as this was a one night stop with our two dogs. The unit is removed from the reception area and is a little more secluded, however the dogs followed us there from the reception and were intrigued by our dogs so they barked at us that evening and morning, which wasn't quite as peaceful as we would have liked. The cutlery and crockery seemed quite old and we found a dirty knife in the drawer. The ice trays had recently been cleaned and were not refilled and frozen ahead of our arrival and the blinds on the doors leading out of the unit wasn't secured to the wall correctly, making it difficult to open up the unit to allow for natural light and access through the door. All of this is however easily fixed should it be a priority for the owners and does completely take away from the overall beautiful experience their non-self catering guests have.

  Not what it seems

  We stayed there for two nights. The rooms are old and there were cobwebs by all the windows. The blinds were broken so you couldn't open up. The sponge to clean the dishes was old and dirty. There is no jacuzzi as stated in the ad - this is only for the honeymoon suite. There is no verandah or outside area to sit. There are three pools, one was dirty and the other had a person swimming in his underwear. Not quite what one would expect from what is rated as 4 star accomodation. I would not recommend this place.

  This place is trully magnificent. You cannot put a price on the views and its location. They have clean,sparkling three pools that have a view to the ocean. There is a bar and a chef for all your hunger needs. The staff is friendly and professional. We were welcomed with smiles. The room was aircontioned with complimentary treats. The fridge was filled with goodies as well. The bed was pure white and the balcony view to the ocean and the pools is something you have to see for yourself.

  Stunning venue, a rip-off otherwise!

  This venue is stunning, but I was really suprised when breakfast was not even included to the VERY expensive price tag. All other meals are below average but VERY expensive! I can get a preumium barista-brewed coffee for less than I paid for a old, very weak filter coffee! I will never stay there again or refer people to this venue!
