  Lo que esperas de un Marriot

  Trato correcto del personal, sin más. Buenas instalaciones. Pasamos unos días de relax absoluto. Muy buenas vistas y entorno muy bonito. Hay que caminar unos minutos hasta el mini pueblo si necesitas algo distinto. Hay una iglesia preciosa que justo el hotel la ilumina para mejorar sus vistas. Buen menú y desayuno normal para el país y la categoría del hotel. Es justo lo que se espera. Ni más ni menos

  muy bien con malos detalles.

  Hotel de lujo a los pies de una estación de esquí popular entre los armenios. consta de un edificio principal y un conjunto de villas alrededor. La habitación es amplia y bien amueblada, con una buena butaca, una cama estupenda y bastante bien iluminada. El cuarto de baño es también muy amplio. La ducha ofrece un buen caudal, pero el desagüe no colaba bien y se producía "piscina". El secador parecía de juguete. Otra nota negativa fue que en la habitación se pasa un calor insoportable, a pesar de la fresca temperatura exterior. Un gran hotel con detalles de mal hotel.

  Excellent hotel of international standards

  I have not tried other hotels in the city but this one is perfect especially with kids. Will definitely come again. Pros - large indoor pool w jacuzzi - excellent service with staff trained to say certainly to requests - very clean - excellent food (particularly the BBQ) and descent breakfast with all that you need - good location - great quality beds with excédent ventilation - indoor cigar lounge area (which is good in case gets cold or windy in evening) - excellent gym (even has ping pong table) - very good kids room with games and video games for teens (was closed due to covid but still visible) - very good treatment for elite status holders of BonVoy Cons - No discount for elite status holders (although fewer and fewer Marriotts do that these days) - our shower was one of the open design ones so water came out - can get windy and chilly in evening (although this is due to the mountains and nothing to do with hotel) - the outdoor terrace does not have a nice view as covered by another building.

  Very disappointing! Zero quality service despite the high end price point!

  Stayed for only one night in January and the service was horrible. We had booked 3 days, 3 rooms for 3 families. First thing, we arrive they keep us until 3p.m. to register which is unnnaceptable that we had to wait for so long, but we thought this is one time type of thing so we waited. Then were told that they accidentally booked for 1 day instead of 3 we asked for all 3 rooms and other people had double-booked the rooms. we had to leave all 3 rooms on day 2, as the administration failed to resolve the issue. They refunded some of the money for the 1 night as compensation but naturally thats not the solution we were looking for. The night we stayed in a room (61) on a first floor with our newborn. Horrible temperature regulation in the room. Freezing cold at night. Son froze had to use 3 blankets on him and hold him all night long!!!! On the second floor the temperature was good but it is very bad of the management not to take concern when they clearly know our room is freezing cold in winter. Theres no way previous visitors havent pointed this out. Had to take my son to the other familys room to change his diaper! Seriously??? The dining area was very good, the food was great but it is too far from the room so theres some walking involved which again is not ideal if youre staying with very small children as dressing and undressing just to get to the dining area is an unnecessary hustle. In other words, horrible service especially considering the price point, horrible room temperature (room 61), very good dining area but uncomfortable location. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Especially for families with breastfeeding age babies.

  Hotel was good,but service was terrbile.

  I am not returning to this place.Hotel and breakfast is good but service is zero We came to rest with the child, and we were told that the room was not ready yet, we can enter in an hour. We decided to wait in the car and we got a call after 1.40 hour and said that the number was ready. No one has apologized for that incident. On the morning loud sounds were heard from the next room, the screams of a child, mother, the child knocked on the doors, yelled, but I think this is not every day. So,we came on Saturday, and the worker told us that we could have breakfast until 12 hour, and it We did so, everything was fine. The next day, Monday, we must return home, and in the morning we went to have breakfast, but we saw that breakfast was over. When asking what is happening, because breakfast should last until 12:00, Mariott workers told that on weekdays breakfast is until 11:00. No one, absolutely no one apologized for confusing something or forgot to warn, and  said that we were mistaken and we were warned about it. I was so upset, we still went to another cafe and had a very tasty breakfast, but this service is the worst what I see.In such places, in normal places, they will offer to bring at least one croissant to the room, especially when we were with a child. Never will return to this hotel for their terrible service.
