  Modern and clean

  with Covid 19, it was a pleasant surprise to see the emphasis this hotel placed on sanitization. gallon bottle of sanitizer, touch less entry to doorways, the rooms were sealed with a sticker. they provide an abundance of toiletries including makeup removers. Colorful with bold modern accents there was something about this hotel that just spoke clean and fresh that was like a safety blanket in these times of Covid 19! Alonzo made us feel like we walked in to a familys home with his warmth and charm, personally walking me outside to show me the entrance closest to the handicap parking -. awesome service from a wonderfully polite young man!

  Very Modern

  This location did a lot to ensure safety and sanitation. Very new and clean. Would be more fun in different times - to be able to hang out in the lobby, etc. The rooms were a little too modern/minimalist for my taste, but it was ok. Neat concept with the ice buckets.

  This modern and newer hotel did not disappoint. They placed emphasis on sanitation from the moment you walk thru the door and everyone was wearing a mask. The staff are all very nice and anticipate your needs. The room was sleek and very clean. Only item missing is a coffee maker in the room but there is coffee in the lobby 24/7. The breakfast consisted of breakfast sandwiches, fruit, wrapped pastrys and donuts. I was in a hurry leaving so Im sure there was more that I just didnt notice. My girls played pool the night we got there and had so much fun lounging in the hanging chairs. They are 21 and said that this is definitely a place they would want to come to again.

  Hostel Vibes With Hotel Convenience

  I travel frequently and have stayed in many Hiltons all around the world - from Nicaragua, Greece, New Orleans, Orlando, and everywhere in between. I have no affiliation with Hilton, but my husband and I are loyal to the brand as we continue to have the best experiences with them. I also work part time as a travel blogger so I have reviewed, in depth, many hotels, Hilton and otherwise. I say all that to say, I think many of the reviews on this page have a lack of understanding of the different brands within the Hilton umbrella. As far as a well marketed stay goes, Tru by Hilton, and more specifically this location, fits the bill. The branding behind the Tru establishment is light, fun, sassy; by all accounts, brilliant. Every little detail, down to eco-friendly shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower, is created with a young, hip traveler in mind. With witty product descriptions, phone/computer nooks, a unique breakfast experience, game lobby, and more.... its obvious to see that every choice is made intentionally with a certain traveler in mind. To put it simply, this hotel has a laid back hostel vibe with the conveniences and luxuries of a Hilton hotel. Furthermore, the location leads nothing to be desired. Shopping and restaurants are nearby without feeling cluttered and busy. Everything you need is right here. Would I stay here as a romantic getaway with my husband? No. But would I stay here again with my family? Absolutely. Would I stay here whilst in town for a funeral? Doubt it. Would I stay to take a break from a road trip? Yup. If you are looking for the traditional, cozy hotel stay, this is not the hotel for you. If you are looking to stay somewhere clean, fresh, fun, and modern, I recommend this location 1000000%!

  Liked the digital check in and Bluetooth keyless entry. So we totally passed by the check in desk. Breakfast is acceptable and wifi is strong enough. TV signal is another thing, common with satellite tv. We had a front passed by and we lost signal for the duration of the system. Another negative,,,, the surroundings; dog pup in three location, trash cans full to the brim, other debris laying down and the sod needs some fertilizer/weed control. I felt the room was clean/sanitized.
