LOVED this place. Good location, great staff, and clean roomsThey were great when it comes to being COVID compliant. And still offered a nice breakfast and coffee for the guests. Price is definitely right. Located near a number of restaurants and Walgreens. Staff was exceptional, and very friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great hotel, not good for business travelersThe Tru hotel is strangely built into the Home2Suites hotel such that they share common amenities like the pool and the gym. The doors all have two separate key readers, so you have to make sure you tap your key to the one that matches the hotel you're checked into. To me, it didn't really make sense at first for this one building to contain two separate hotel brands. There are two separate lobbies, and the carpet on the upper floors changes color halfway down to mark the end of one brand and the start of the next. I've always stayed in the Home2Suites side of the building and been satisfied with my stay, so when they were booked up on one occasion, I checking into the Tru side instead. I regretted it. I'm a regular business traveler, and I found the Tru side a bit uncomfortable for a week-long business stay. There's no closet and no desk, though you can roll a small table up to your bed if you need to use your laptop. I have no complaints about the cleanliness, service, or the area, so if you're passing through on vacation, this might be fine for you. However, if you're planning to work in your room, you can do much better elsewhere for these rates.

Tru-ly WonderfulWe loved this hotel for a stop over night. It has easy access to the highway and incredibly, even a virtual check in process! So contactless and 2020! The rooms aren't large but they are very contemporary and functional. Our son loved the little desk on wheels that he could position so he could use his computer and watch the TV with ease. They have even found a way to still provide breakfast with as little contact as possible. I had a great breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese and bacon. Most importantly dog friendly too! Our little pooch had good night's sleep and even got some treats from the front desk.

Another great Tru hotel for a short stay!My 4th Tru stay and they are always new, clean, with very courteous staff! The Tru rooms are always fine, TV's HUGE, bathrooms clean, and beds comfortable. Designed as a budget stay, I wouldn't recommend for long visits unless you're young and/or frugal. And like all budget style hotels, the walls are never soundproofed well, and this time we paid the price, as the idiots next door kept their TV loud until after 1 am! We called to complain at 12:30 am and they turned it down for less than 10 minutes before it went right back up. Was thinking to call again when they finally turned it off. While checking out the next morning I mentioned it to the woman at the desk (I believe a manager...) and she offered me bonus points for the trouble. I told her it wasn't their fault as they did talk to the person and offered for us to change rooms, but she posted 5000 points to my account anyway - WOW - so very kind of her!! I own a retail business and that is the type of customer service that impresses! So despite our lousy neighbors, the hotel and staff were wonderful!

Nice StayWe stayed here for 2 nights and we really liked our stay. The lobby and room were very clean. The decor is very colorful which was a nice change from other hotels we have been to. There was access to the gym and in the lobby they had a pool table along with lots of seating and tables, there are also 2 computers and a printing station. They do still serve a hot breakfast (waffle, eggs, sausage, sandwiches etc) but one of the employees serves you. The room was kinda small but was very clean, there is space under the bed for you to put bags. In the bathroom they have body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the shower attached to the wall for you and they do smell good. By the sink they hand soap and lotion attached to the wall also. The setup of everything was very nice. The employees were very strict about masks, everyone who came to the lobby with no masks they either gave them one or asked if they have one to put on. There was hand sanitizer by the entrance and by the elevators. Everytime we left our room in the morning we always seen a few house keepers cleaning. The area is about 20 mins away from Nashville and there are plenty of local store in the area (super target, Burlington, Ross...) also lots of places to eat. Would definitely stay here again.
