  Quick overnight stay

  Convenient location off I-80, great if you're passing through town. Property appeared to be pretty new and was perfectly clean. Service was good. My only complaint is that the rooms are on the small side (don't let the stock photos fool you) and sparsely appointed furniture-wise; however this is par for the course when it comes to Tru properties. For us as a couple it was adequate for a one night stay however it would definitely be tight if you're staying longer unless you're traveling alone. Would definitely recommend the property overall.

  COVID Stay

  Love love love this property!! Love the funky vibe in the lobby the folks that work here are all fantastic! The rooms are simple no carpet which is great for people traveling with pets! The dog walking areas are all very well lit and you feel safe walking your dog no matter the hour! I know that the hotel industry has had to evolve with COVID and this place has! The room was immaculate, there was a seal on the door letting us know the room was sanitized. The only one issue we had was our shower head was nuts! Our shower was kind of like a car wash, but great water pressure and hot! The bed was comfortable. Thank you Hilton for this chain we love it here!

  Great place to stop and stay!

  Great, modern hotel! We stayed here for one night while driving through. The rooms are small but perfect if you dont plan on being in your room a ton and want to save money. We loved that they had hot breakfast even during COVID times. They have a fun lobby to play games in or to sit around and have a few drinks. Everything was clean and we felt comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

  Half way stop to denver

  We stayed at this hotel halfway on our drive to Colorado. The front desk person was very helpful. Extremely clean, excellent contenintal breakfast and excellent service. Highly recommend! Seems like brand new hotel it is so clean!

  Not the Hilton I Love

  I was excited to see this hotel option in North Platte. I'm staying all week and I'm disappointed. First, the positives. Love the look and feel of the hotel. Very modern. Very hip. Fun lobby with billiards and connect four, etc. Very cool. The rooms are fresh looking with cool paint colors and design. Initial impressions are really positive. I love the soap and shampoo dispensers that are much larger and embedded in walls. A much better option than those tiny single use bottles most hotels use. And the product they use is very fresh smelling. Unfortunately, a closer look reveals a hotel that was very cheaply made and not anywhere near the quality I would expect. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. Some of the worst I've had. I like a firm bed but these are like ironing boards. The rooms are not well insulated. I could hear a neighbor snoring this morning when I woke up and I could hear their tv playing last night. The shower head looks cool but only puts out a small flow of water. So, overall, not what I was expecting. I think Hilton is trying to play to a lower cost market but I think they cut too many corners. Others like Holiday Inn offer a higher quality hotel for a similar price.
