  BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE POT

  We just checked out on Fathers Day and my husband couldnt even buy a cup of coffee. No 24/7 coffee or any breakfast provided. ZERO. Hotel staff said it was because its a Hilton corporate COVID-19 policy but this is a LIE. We are traveling and just spent a night in Alabama and Tennessee at TRU by Hilton hotels and they provided coffee. The Little Rock location was the most expensive of the three and is offering zero service. We couldnt even buy a cup. Disappointing and inexcusable...

  NO COFFEE

  No Coffee, None, Can't even get it at the desk, Not even a pot in the room. Crazy. This place is using Covid as a reason to cut back on all the amenities. The hotel is clean, modern, new. Pillows are not good. Bed itself is comfortable. The toiletries in the room are good. But NO COFFEE.

  Great place to stop for the night

  We loved our stay here during a road trip. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom was roomy. We used the Hilton app to reserve the room, check in, get a digital key, and to check out! We didn't have to talk to anyone. I did stop by the front desk to ask about breakfast. They handed us a bag with water bottle, muffin, and granola bar for breakfast as we were leaving. It isn't as good as regular breakfasts, but I preferred that to a self-serve type meal during the pandemic. When we left it was very easy to hop right onto I-30 and continue on our way.

  Tru has it all!

  Let me just give you the highlights... Location: close to restaurants and outlet mall - yay! Service: friendly and spot on - whew! Accommodations: a fun funky vibe sets the tone for a restful visit - awesome! My room: clean and quiet. I the walk in shower - I actually didnt want to get out. Perfect water pressure!

  Not impressed

  Nice hotel and relatively new and close to outlet mall. Unfortunately the mini refrigerator wasnt working and had a leak in the room. They moved me to another room which was good. Biggest issue for me,no coffee in the room and coffee not available in the lobby till 6am. If youre a very early person like me, its not good.
