  Clean and new

  Loved all the smart features in the rooms (Smart TV controls on phone and digital key), efficiency lights and soap dispensers etc. and the staff was always friendly. Great location and close to everything I needed.

  Nice Hotel, be cautious on the rates.

  Refused to adjust the room rate to the rate I received via e-mail. Never received a resolution after speaking with 3 people and being disconnected each time. Request to speak to a manager and was placed on hold each time for over 15 minutes before being disconnected.

  Many flaws

  The bathroom had 2 tiles loose from the floor and the foot prop in shower was barley on and dangerous also pool and hot tub had so much chemicals it burned our eyes to the point it was not enjoyable at all...

  Great Hotel pleasant stay

  Located in the Garland area, this low budget hotel, Tru By Hilton, is great for singles, couples or a small family looking for a low cost and quick getaway. Although the Tru brand is one of Hiltons newest brand they have done a great job up keeping the property. Small but efficiently designed hotel rooms have a 55 inch screen TV with a decent size restroom. Queen size beds are very comfortable making you feel rested once you wake up. All rooms have soap dispensers providing plenty of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion for your stay. Property is equipped with an indoor pool, jacuzzi and stylish beach chairs giving you a pleasant splash during hot days. Enjoy a build your own breakfast during your stay. However, Covid-19 limited our breakfast to a grab and go bag. Property provides a small business center great to make copies or send a fax. Kids can enjoy a few activities while you complete a quick workout in the gym. Property has small meeting rooms, guest laundry and a 24-hour front desk attendant just in case an emergency arises. Best of all, parking can be found all around the property completely free. Cons: If I had to find a negative about the hotel I would say the blinds can use an update.   Very comfortable

  Great location for me Very quiet and bed was comfortable Heat worked well Few problems: key card had to be recharged by staff which took about 20 minutes to wait for someone and get them to my room refrigerator froze my water/drinks the second morning window blinds don't fit and cannot be raised up and down Otherwise very pleasant staff and nice boxed breakfast to take in the mornings
