  Every employee, Ariel in particular, goes out of their way to accommodate. They're always cleaning which is so reassuring. Anything we needed they accommodated with kindness and courtesy. I travel here once a month to see my son. I will only stay here.

  Thanksgiving in Cheyenne

  I stayed here Nov 24th-27th I must say I was very impressed! The staff very friendly and helpful! Ariel was very nice when I checked into the hotel! The breakfast was good! I enjoyed my stay!! Doris Tucson Az

  Simple, clean, effective - great stay!

  Tru is a pared down from some of the frills you see at other Hiltons. Its an interesting design reminiscent of what you see in overseas hotels. However, the room was clean and comfortable, lobby area was effective for some work requirements, breakfast was free and decently stocked for COVID times. All in all, recommend!

  Solid Hotel

  Tru is the Hilton answer to Aloft. I think that Tru does the concept better. They are going for hip and young with somewhat pared-down amenities without falling into the possibly sketch territory of a Microtel/Motel 6/Super 8. This particular Tru had great hotel cable with a full array of channels and not the bogus selection of like 20 channels you get at some places. The bed was comfy. I like the hard surface floor. The only thing I was not crazy about was the lack of little bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. I'm not a fan of the bath products being mounted to the wall in the shower. I would stay here again.

  Mask Policy Not Enforced

  I visited for one evening and was taken aback to walk past the masks required signs into a lobby full of people without masks. They were not social distancing or courteous of the other guests, and employees did not enforce the policy or seem bothered. Not impressed.
