  Quick weekend getaway

  The pool and exterior was very well kept. Clean and well take care of. The unit we were in #50 was a bit run down a not the cleanest. The bed was small and very uncomfortable. For a quick weekend it was acceptable.

  Cozy Vintage Beach spot

  My husband and I booked a one bedroom unit for 14 days as we wanted to have it all...beach, tourist area, restaurants and transportation. It was so much more than we expected. We had an all equipped one bedroom unit, a pool ten steps away and the Gulf just across the boardwalk. We did not have a vehicle and did not find it difficulty as we enjoy walking. We walked to the Publix and many nearby restaurants and attractions such as John's Pass. We took the bus/trolley several times for a cheap $5 all day pass. A big thank you to Sandy Beach Vacations for recommending this unit and area and to Denise who works in the office. Great location and we had a very relaxing and fun two weeks. We would absolutely go back to this area and to Tropic Terrace. Even though the resort is showing some wear the vintage character is quaint. The area is kept extremely clean and maintained. We understood that some of the units and area were going through some renovations.

  Excellent stay, can't beat the location, clean!!!

  Stayed in unit #49 a studio. Has everything you need. Comfy, queen size bed, full kitchen with every appliance, utensil you could use. Everything looks brand new. Full size fridge, plenty of storage for all the groceries we bought at Publix, local supermarket. Very nice furnishings. Can see the beach right from their 2 chairs by door on the balcony! Beach was awesome! Loved how there were lots of sand dunes and it was very wide. The water is stunning. Beautiful boardwalk you can walk/ride bikes to restaunts, shops, that was great. We loved the area, plenty of things to see and do. John's Pass was great as was Ft. Desoto but Treasure Island was the highlight.

  Wedding

  Tropic Terrace far exceeded our expectations. Our purpose was to get married on the beach. It was a small wedding with family sprinkled around Treasure Island at different condos. We met so many kind and wonderful people there. We met vacationers as well as owners. Ill never be able to fully explain what a precious place this will forever be to us. Our last night, there was a thoughtful and beautiful gift left there for us from one of the great people that we met. She lives there and actually handmade a beautiful blanket that we will cherish forever. It was so special to our little family. This was a family friendly environment, very clean, maintained condo that is close to everything. The pool was clean, beaches were amazing, and we will definitely come back. If you are on the fence about this place, just jump Its great and I was able to compare to my family and friends places that they stayed. You wont regret it. Have fun! Thank you!!

  Currently in #15 and WOW!

  I am currently in #15 and dont want to leave! It is perfect. It has quick access to parking and right outside of the pool, and then right back to the beach. I can easily walk down to any of the beach bars and restaurants. More importantly, this unit is brand new. Everything inside of it is fantastic. I cant think of anything I dont need to stay here long term. If only I could.
