  NOT A 5 STAR SUPERIOR - HOTEL

  We have a sky vacation me and my wife for 5 night in beginning of April and we was disappointed in some aspects : - very noisy in the night during weekends until 4 am , we ask the room service to bring 2 bottle of still water that never show up , one of the evening we make a reservation for a wine tasting session it was canceled but no one let us know - we wait like idiots at the bar for 25-30 minutes , after asking the reception they say sorry was canceled . We travel all over the world from Indonesia to US and always stay in 5 star hotels but never face this treatment . My suggestion is to be careful when you set up your service expectations because may you will be disappointed .

  Really good from A-Z, recommended!

  Ischgl itself is a great place to be for snowboarding or skiing and the Trofana Royal made this trip very special starting from super great gym area + saunas and serving 5star dinner and breakfast. The rooms are decorated in classic style, they have heated lockers for your gear and the cable is just 5-8 min walking distance. Also you can literally go downhill straight to hotels entrance which was fun ;) If I ever return back to Ischgl Ill stay in this one! Recommended!

  Classy and cosy

  Very interesting experience indeed. Classy and exquisite hotel, good services and quite helpful and professional staff. The SPA area is perfect for the after ski experience of the famous Ischgl slopes. We felt great all over, the place is a two minute walk from the cable transport to the slope and the staff really took care of everything we asked, considering we were first timers in Ischgl: ski pass, equipment rental, ski instructor, etc. Interesting dinner experience, the food was indeed exquisite and the wine menu had plenty of options to choose from. The table staff was always there to help and to explain options and the menu. We will come back for sure next year.

  Summer getaway

  Hotel Trofana in Ischgl offers the luxurious nice and quiet one may need to rejuvenate and relax. I went there to benefit from their summer special discounts and I was certainly very pleased to do so. Food is exquisite and the rooms as very comfortable. In summer, its an absolute great quality and value for money.

  Not a 5 star superior hotel

  when I arrived, they gave me a room other than the one I had booked. They said they didn't have another and when I went "noise they found. They do not have transport means until the ski facilities (because they are close) so you have to carry your skis in the back about 5 minutes two way.The beds are not really comfortable (the pillows either), are awful ...sleep like on hammock, the water in the indoor pool is cold ... so 5 stars superior?!?!
