  Business hotel that is far from best of Dongguan

  quite far from Dongguan City center, like 20 minutes or more. It is situated in 'exclusive' area, so no place around to explore. The room is very spacious. And I stayed in the room that is not complete!. I mean, the bath room area does not have partition, even door!. You can see the bedroom while sitting on the closet. The check out process is long, which I don't really like. And the staff are not English literate, don't expect to have 5-star service on this 5-star hotel as they hardly understand you. The lobby is grade though.

  Isolated, but comfortable

  Guests will feel at home here with the comfortable room, western style bathroom and fancy hotel lobby. My floor had a large elevator lobby with comfortable seating. Breakfast buffet was well supplied with a good variety of local and western foods. There's a beautiful garden on the property with a walking path and pond. Although walking off the property is not appealing as it's not near anything except one restaurant with outdoor covered seating along rectangular ponds that appear to be a fish farm to supply the restaurant.

  The hotel continues to decline

  I have been staying in this hotel for a week each month for the past 3 years. The room need some serious upkeep and deep cleaning. There is Mold growing in the grout in the showers, carpets are dirty and need to be cleaned. During my current trip (Jan. 31st - Feb. 7, 2018) there is no HEAT. They only turn it on if the hotel is full and the heat is only in the rooms. The lobby and restaurants have not heat and the temperature in the morning is in the 40's. To go down for breakfasts, you must bundle up and wear a winter coat. upon demanding, they did give me a space heater for my room. Not ideal. despite spending around 100 nights here per year, management does not acknowledge the loyalty or extend any privilege. While this is convenient to my factory, i will be staying in Western hotels in Down town Dong Cheng going forward. For western visitors, i would advice not to stay here. there are times when there are no english speakers on staff which makes any request near impossible.

  Lack of normal facility

  Im staying at level 710 without safety box and freezer. All others hotel is compulsory having this 2 facility. Computer table like school tabel. Its weird for this hotel. Good breakfast,spacious room, good view face to river.isolated area and far from any shopping mall. Good place to exercise jogging.

  comfortable & large hotel

  comfortable & large hotel. claimed that is the best hotel in donnguan. i dont further comment on it but it like a commercial hotel and the pool also beautiful. i love the outside river that could do a short strolling at the early morning to view local people morning lift e.g. running, fishing, swimming etc...room & bed also ok. not bad not good.
