  Great place to stay

  This is a great place to stay. Close to the historical centre and also accessible from the bus station. The owner is very friendly and helpful and took time to help us make arrangements to travel on to Ulleungdo  and to advise on the local sights. We slept in a traditional style room with mats on the floor but it was comfortable and worked well for us. Breakfasts were served in the room and were good and tasty. Would recommend as we had a very good stay here.

  Great choice and location

  I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it. Fantastic location around 1 block from the main tourist street and a 15 min walk to the historic burial ground park and 15 min walk from bus terminal, and 25 min bus ride to High speed rail station located out of town. Lots of good food around here. Host is helpful and friendly. Room is fantastic - clean, comfortable, with strong wifi. I would stay here again.

  Great place to stay

  This is a lovely traditional place to stay. It is close to many attractions and easy walk to many restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and comfortable as well as quiet. The owner is very friendly and helpful. He gave us a lot of good advise on what to do while in Gyeongju and how to get there. He also helped us arrange our transportation to Busan. Excellent place to stay.

  Great guesthouse

  We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse in April 2019 with our 3 children. The owner is very friendly and helpful with great suggestions on things to see in the area and local restaurants. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, the bed was great and the kids found sleeping on the futons no problem. We ordered the breakfast for a couple of mornings and thought it was great value, it was a mix of hot and continental items plus drinks. It's in a very good location close to many of the royal tombs, we also walked to the Gyeongju National Museum and Anapji Pond easily, there's a 7/11 just around the corner plus lots of restaurants a short walk away. If we're ever back in the area we'd happily stay here again.

  Excellent facilities & lovely owner

  The new style hanok (built recently) is ideally located in the middle of traditional hanok buildings. The owner, William, was extremely friendly even before we stayed here - responding quickly to questions from home. He met us on arrival - we were early for check in, so he kept our bags for safe keeping. Explained the local area & history, what sites to see & how to get about. Very friendly. The room had all the facilities - kettle, fridge, TV, air con, free WiFi & toiletries in the bathroom. It was clean & very comfortable. The bathroom is a wet room, with shower connected to the sink, a feature of many korean hanok. William very kindly did our washing & put it out to dry whilst we were out sight seeing. The hanok is in an excellent location - easing walking distance to key sites, shops, restaurants etc. Would highly recommend a stay here
