  Not worth staying at

  Broken split system, a door that didnt lock. A horrible nights stay in a stifling and unsafe apartment. Unwilling and incompetent staff taking money from my account by accident. Took weeks for a refund. No correspondence via email, constant unanswered emails. On hold for way too long if the phone was even answered at all. Broken promise of an accomodation voucher as compensation. No such thing. More trouble then they are worth, just stay elsewhere.

  Poor housekeeping and maintenance

  We had stayed here before a year ago and it was fine then. This time, we queued for over half an hour to check in. The bathroom smelt of urine, multiple bathroom fittings were broken (including the toilet seat) and the apartment and furniture was generally rundown and dirty. The location is great close to the city and parks but I won't be staying again.

  Great prices for top quality 2bedroom apartments

  Great prices for top quality 2bedroom apartments. Great for families. Great carpark access. Great for walkers. IGA and takeaways in same block. McDs and Hungry Jacks with 600-800m walk. Awesome place to stay! Friendly, helpful staff also!

  Terrible Terrible Terrible x 100

  Possibly the worst ever experience ever! Customer service is Zero, TV, internet wasnt working. Room was as filthy as I have ever seen and when approached the lady at the desk for a partial refund, she had to check with management and 5 days later still havent heard back. An unprofessional and poor experience and I urge anyone to NOT consider this joint!

  Great space, beautiful location, but . . .

  We stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom premier apartment in the Powlett building. I was disappointed that only one set of keys was available for an apartment occupied by four adults. The receptionist explained that the building manager wasnt available over the weekend to provide a pass. However, a second set of keys would be a standard request and would always be available for a two-bedroom apartment. More generally, the apartment was in poor repair and required serious maintenance. Sagging light fittings, marked furniture and walls, a dirty air-conditioner, a detached window frame. The bathrooms were especially poor; hooks and toilette roll holders sagging, cracked tiles, the seal of the shower recess was missing. These problems are in stark contrast to the fantastic potential of this apartment. The living area is wonderfully spacious and has a pleasant view. Its quiet and private. The complex is in a great area, excellent wine bar and food options, close to beautiful parks and only a short walk to the CBD. I emailed the above comments to the property manager a week ago, but have not received a response.
