Great on the outside, tired roomsFirst the good; -We got a great midweek rate -Location -Staff -Heated pool -Fast & Strong WiFi -Bonvoy status recognition -Well kept grounds and hotel exterior The bad; -The room was tired...very tired. Extremely worn furniture. The large sofa sagged in the middle, had no cushions and plenty of marks on it. It looked so gross we didnt sit on it the entire 3 days we were there. -Carpet was filthy and worn - slippers definitely required. -You can hear your neighbors all of the time. -Fully stocked kitchen it was not. Missing everything you need to make use of the kitchen (the fully stocked kitchen was one of the reasons we booked this hotel). It was missing essential items like mugs, kitchen knives, tongs, mixing bowls, fabric kitchen towels, oven gloves etc. They had a set of cheap silverware that were all bent out of shape and plastic plates youd take camping. -Toilet blocked on the last day for no reason. -Parking is valet only, even though they state onsite parking AND valet parking on the Marriott app. This places could be so awesome if they invested the time and money improving the quality of the rooms and furniture. It didnt feel up to the usual standard youd expect from a Marriott group hotel. A big thanks though to the friendly hard working staff during this usual time.

Spend a little more money elsewhereI stayed here because it was the cheapest Marriott hotel that allowed pets. However, I wasn't really happy with the experience and regret staying here. I should've spent a little bit more money to stay at a nicer hotel. The first issue was parking. There was no valet attendant and it was unclear whether I could park in parking spots around the building. I parked in the non-valet parking spots and didn't get charged for it, but I was scared the entire weekend because I wasn't sure if my car would get towed even though the receptionist told me I'll be fine. Then there was the check-in process which took me at least 15 minutes. They seem to be understaffed and a lot of their processes are still done by paper and walkie talkie. I felt bad for the concierge, but that was one of the worst check-in experiences I've ever had. Then, there was the room. They were a little dated and a bunch fo small issues annoyed me a lot: - The doors did not automatically close, which I'm surprised about because it's a fire hazard - There were no USB ports next to the bed. Come on! It's 2021! - The desk lamp was broken - The tap water was murky and did not taste good. I usually drink tap water, but I couldn't drink this tap water. This is the first time this has ever happened to me in the States. I am a Titanium member and had meetings booked until 4, but they kicked me out at 2pm. They said that there was no availability for late checkout, but I'm pretty sure that was false because there were many empty rooms when I was there. Lastly, they charged the wrong credit card. I told them to charge my AMEX that was present at check-in, but they charged the card on my Marriott account. Thus, I missed my AMEX offer on this stay. All in all, skip this place and stay at a more expensive place.

What a DisappointmentAs lifetime Marriott Rewards Plan members, we were excited to try this "Autograph Collection" hotel. This should not even be in the "Marriott Family". No parking-only very expensive valet parking; no water offered or in the rooms; no bath robes (their excuse was that with covid, they would not know if the robes had been used. Well, DUH, you don't know if the towels or sheets are used, but you wash them anyway. The bar was closed, & the restaurant was only open 8AM-Noon for breakfast ($15.00 for bacon & eggs). The rooms were very stark-like a Timeshare waiting room (my wife's description). However, their staff was great: Aaron was a whirlwind of help; Kevin & Mike were very pleasant. Needless to say, we will not be back-especially for $200.00 per night on a weeknight.
